Merry Parking - Airport Parking レビュー 

Really please with the service, easy drop off, easy pick up. Well organised, and very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again.

As a follow up to my previous posting, the agreed refund has now been received, so thank you to Trust Pilot for getting things moving & resolved; such a pity so much effort was expended for small amount.

Scammed by Merry Parking - AVOID! This is how they treat COVID-19 key workers. They promised to rebook my parking to another date, dragged their heels until the last safe moment, said they couldn't do it and I would have to forfeit the cost, and then refused to answer any emails until they had closed up for the weekend. Booked starts Mon 8am! What a bunch of profiteers!

Due to coronavirus you would think that you should get your money back for parking when your trip has had to be cancelled because the FCO Tells you not to travel. But Merry Parking refusing to pay up because i accepted No Cancellation. I thought if the FCO SAID NOT TO GO IT SHOULD BE AN AUTOMATIC REFUND.

Booked them through MerryParking.Co.Uk. Instructions said to call prior to arriving at Heathrow Terminal 4. My daughter who works abroad had been home to have her baby and was flying back with her baby, my wife and I accompanying.

We were told the driver will be on his way and expected to see him when we got to the terminal. Called again and were told he should be there shortly. When after waiting for a while called again, the number was busy, after a few times the man answered and said he should be there very soon. Having waited and waited and worried that we will not be able to check in and having called them a total of 51 times, decided to go to Long Term Car Park so we won't lose our flight. This cost us an additional £175.

I called after arriving at our destination and was told to email our complaint and request to be reimbursed for the additional charges that we incurred,which i did. As I did not hear back, I have called several times to get an answer and eventually had an email written in broken English yesterday blaming us for not arriving on time!!!

We are very disappointed and will be chasing for our money through the Small Claims Court, we hope to be able to get their address as we only have an email. Please let us know if anyone has their address as they are not giving us their address.

PUNCTUAL, TELEPHONED ON WAY TO AIRPORT AND MET US, THEN ON WAY BACK TELEPHONED WHEN COLLECTING BAGGAGE WHITHIN TEN MINUTES HAD CAR AWAITING FOR US. CHEAP PRICE FOR MEET AND GREET. WOULD USE THESE ANYTIME.

Great efficient service. Really friendly staff and car was returned with no issues and within the time advised.

I've used Merry Parking before and it's important to remember that they are the middle men, and don't actually provide any parking themselves. The booking process online was very straight forward and easy and the price was the cheapest. I made a last minute booking and the price offered by Merry was the best for a meet a greet service. The confirmation email they sent me was detailed with all the information I needed for the day. The actual car park provider (Terminal Parking) was fine and the whole experience was painless. Had to a wait a little longer than I would have liked when both dropping off and collecting the car, but other than that I have no complaints. Have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

Telephoned as requested and upon delivery and Collection the representative was there very little waiting. This is just what is required. Only six miles on clock so compound must be close by and car was in same state as when we left it. We use you every time we need to fly away.

Couldn't have been better. Very good service provided.

Always easy dropping the car off. After long flights you'd like to have your car waiting for you.... we made two phone calls, one on landing, one on collecting our bags, and we still had to wait 12 minutes for the car

Only grievance was that I had to wait 40 minutes for the car to come when I returned from my trip

A prefect & seamless process - from booking to drop off to pick up. Will definitely use again.

I have used Merry parking about 4 times now and the service has always been excellent. They are always on time and the car is exactly as you left it. Would highy recommend.
