Not the first time I have purchased from MESH and the products have always been very good. One small hiccup this time as the CD drive didn't work on arrival, but a quick look inside revealed the connection was loose. Easily fixed.
I found the website not to be the most user friendly when specifying my new PC, but once the order was in it was despatched with alacrity and arrived much sooner than expected.

I purchased a Lenovo V15 G5 83GW007NUK Intel Core i5-13420H 32GB RAM 1TB SSD Pro laptop which arrived on-time. The laptop is great works really well meeting all my expectations. The computer is fine on the whole, customer service poor
The computer is fine on the whole, though I wouldnât buy from Mesh computers again. When it originally arrived, they had forgotten to include the keyboard and mouse, which required an email to get that sorted out. When I started the computer, I wondered why it was taking so long to load programs - they had installed windows on the hard disk, instead of the SSD. After a number of unanswered emails and phone messages to âcustomer supportâ I decided to contact sales and see what they were going to do to fix their error. Inhad to return the computer to them. Whilst the return procedure was straightforward, there was no acknowledgment from them as to whether it had been received, and after nearly a week, no response as to whether it had been fixed. One starchy email later (from me) and I finally got a message saying it was ready to be sent out.
I have bought from Mesh many times before, and the computers were faultless, but this fiasco has led m3 to conclude that their support and quality control is poor. I expected more from them as a loyal customer. I guess they donât really care that much anymore, so Iâll go elsewhere in future.

Mesh did what they said they would do (upgrade my computer to be able to run Windows 11) and the computer is now so much faster. I cannot score them 5 as their timeliness and communication were not great, but technically they have been top notch.

This is the 4th PC I have bought from Mesh
This is the 4th PC I have bought from Mesh (1 desktop and three laptops) and each time the service has been very good, easy to order, prompt despatch and delivery as promised on ordering.
Delivery is set up to only hand over parcel, no leaving behind a bush / bin / on the doorstep. If your not in then the driver takes the parcel back.
Each one has worked straight out of the box (having loaded MS office) and I am up and running within the hour.
Great service.
