Great service, a shame about the courier service.
Through no fault of Mesh, the PC was delivered damaged (the DPD driver rather roughly handling it to the door, the wrong way up, didn't fill me with confidence). But, Mesh's support were very good, they were happy for me to diagnose the fault (which turned out to just be some damage to a stick of RAM caused by a loose fan). Mesh sent out a replacement component next day delivery which I fitted and now the machine works absolutely fine. As the fan was loose, I did also have to reseat it, which meant needing to clean and reapply new thermal paste - not ideal on a brand new machine that I'd ordered prebuilt to save hassle! I can't give higher than 4 stars as I did have to waste a fair bit of time fixing this up myself but Mesh did everything they could to help (and it did avoid having to send the machine back to them which would have been more hassle). Maybe just change courier to someone that handles parcels a bit more carefully!

My Mesh Computer has performed reliablyâŠ
My Mesh Computer has performed reliably and quietly since November 2018. I returned it to Mesh in October this year for an upgrade to Windows 11. The phone contact experience was pretty poor, with sales, customer support or technical support, that is, if I could get through. The unit was returned after 10 days, not 6, the plastic casing under the 'tower was cracked(OK when it left me), and all in all the 'support' process was far from user friendly. I had to chase all the time to get results.
