Issues with sizing and delivery comprehension
We had some issues figuring out the ring sizes and it seems that unfortunately for returns, you have to pay for the return yourself which is a shame considering just how pricey packing and sending some of the items in this shop is. Also had an issue with MRW which was a day late(acceptable) but had the most vague way of describing the state and place of the package. Otherwise everything arrived safely, well packed and would love to buy more in the future.

Tudo ok, entrega ocorreu dentro do previsto, mas o site é muito pouco intuitivo e o acesso ao serviço de apoio ao cliente é um pouco rudimentar.

Correu tudo bem: os produtos são de acordo com a encomenda e quando surgiu um contratempo com a entrega, por falha da transportadora, o apoio foi célere.

Want to leave brief remark. After ordered, the delivery status messages were in my native language, portuguese. In the way I got in english an cancelation order due to payment in debt from Metal shop. In the end the t shirt was delivered. Ok. Thanks

New Rock Motorcycle Boots
The website is easy to use and they have great products. I just did not give 5 stars because it takes awhile to receive what you order.
About New Rock sizes....if you wear sneakers size 42....then purchase the boots size 41.
I did the mistake of purchasing the same size as if it were sneakers. It was a mistake!xD
