The customer service team were extremely helpful and professional. They resolved the issues very quickly and the parts arrived within a couple of days.

I've dealt with Methven's customer services twice. Both times they were polite, very helpful, and prompt in sorting anything out.
I never felt I was talking to the usual hired person in an office thousands of miles away, but instead someone who genuinely cared about their business, and their customers.
Well done, Methven, this is customer service as it should be!

Great product, great delivery but £12:00 delivery price, too much!

I purchased Deva Carlow kithchen tap and I have just had the tap installed, and am happy with the overall standard of the tap.
We live in a bungalow and have a hot water header tank in the loft with perhaps 0.3 bar pressure maximum. Historically we have had poor flow from the kitchen tap, but now with your new tap things have changed, the flow is at approximately 50% greater than our old tap and adequate for our needs.

Had an issue with my kitchen tap Deva Taur130 and they were very swift and helpful. Nicole and Phoebe went above and beyond.

Excellent after sales service. Experienced a small problem with a 4 year old kitchen tap and it was resolved immediately.

My kitchen mixer tap started leaking at the base of the spout. I contacted Methven to ask if they had any replacement seals even though my tap is quite old. They confirmed the model from my photo and that the tap is an obsolete model. However, the customer support service lady said they would check the warehouse to see if any parts remained and if so would send me replacement seals completely free of charge. I provided my address but didn't hold out much hope. To my complete suprise the following afternoon a packet arrived with new O ring seals and bearing rings! I was absolutely astounded at the speed and efficiency of the truly amazing support team. Fitted the seals and all is back to normal.

Hassle free str3am tap. Best customer service without doubt

Beautiful basin taps and bidet taps to match, they went perfect with our victorian themed en-suite. The main reason I have written this review is the after sales service was second to none. We had a querie about the basin taps and Danielle on the after sales team could not have been more helpful. She listened,explained the way to correct it, even sent very helpful photos to explain the way to do it. It was sorted with No fuss or hastle. She is a credit to your company. Thank you very much for a 5star service !!

It is so nice and refreshing to have a company that responds to queries, gives me advice and then sends me a replacement valve tap. I had only expected help not new valves. If only all companies could be so exceptional and caring as Methven wouldn't life is much better - I am bowled over - thank you

Excellent Customer Service
We have a methven tap in our kitchen that had started dripping. This is an older product installed by the previous owners and we were worried it might need replacing. We haven't needed to do this because the customer service from methven has been absolutely excellent. Quick replies from knowledgeable staff who helped us identify the product and what the issue maybe. This was followed by a quick despatch of the relevant replacement parts and at no cost to us. I would highly recommend methven and they will definitely be our future go to brand when we come to upgrade the utility and kitchen areas in our home.

Fantastic experience dealing with Nicole in the customer service team who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Really pleased with our shower which looks great in our bathroom.

The person I spoke to first was called Danielle. She was amazing! She was extremely helpful and very quick in getting back to me plus posting me the required part. Nothing was too much trouble. She also sent me a video to explain how to fit the part which was very clear and easy to follow.
Unfortunately, there was a washer missing and this time it was Nicole who posted me a new handle and a washer which arrived the next day and did the job. Thank you!
Dealing with Danielle and Nicole at Methven has been easy and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you again.

Danielle was able to access my customer record very quickly and recognise what I needed to fix my shower/bath control problem from my inadequate description!
She put in an order for me and also sent a helpful video showing how to refit the controls. Excellent service.
