Always a pleasure to do business with.
Polite, punctual and professional- highly recommend- used them for initial boiler installation and now yearly boiler servicing.

Couldn't ask for a more efficient business. The staff and engineer were professional, acted with integrity and due care throughout the entire process.

The company is friendly and very knowledgeable. As an older gentleman the technology is sometimes hard to understand but the representatives took time in explaining how the system works. The apps on the phones were also a problem but again the patience and understanding of staff was exemplary
The solar panels are working and the after care service is very good.

They did my boiler 2 years ago and serviced it yearly. They just done another boiler job for me. Easy to reach. Phone answered immediately. They know who you are what is going on. Get engineer to help. I am very happy working with metro. Just one phone call away unlike some big companies. Always easy to contact and eager to solve any problems. They get the job done and done well.

My dad's boiler had broken down. He's 90 and in ill health, and has carers coming four times a day. He needed the boiler to be working for heating and hot water! I used Metro a few years ago to purchase and replace my boiler and was very happy with the work, so I didn't hesitate to ask them about my dad. I called and spoke to a gentleman called Tom, I think, and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I couldn't be present for any survey as I would be at work. He explained not to worry; he would personally go and do the survey and give me a quote by the end of the day, and that if accepted, they could sort the job the next day! That was brilliant for my dad as he was literally in a vulnerable situation and needed to be done as the weather is changing slightly now so the job was accepted and the very next day i received a phone call from a young man who was at my dads to do the job around 8ish or 9ish in the morning brilliant and by the time i finished work and got to my dads he was nearly finished but i have to give a mention to the young lad who did the job i cant remember his name sorry but he was a very polite and helpful guy and obviously with carers coming in and out had to do the job in hand around the carers so again a great lad very helpful and a credit to your company so all in very happy with the vist to my dad to survey and with the company communication to myself about the job and for getting it done so quick as he was vulnerable so again brilliant customer service and i would recommend to anyone i had my work done and didn't hesitate to ask metro to sort my dads as well cheers guys

Arrived at the specifed time. Very friendly young man and very knowledgible. Replaced the tap in no time at all and then cleaned everything up after him! Would recommend this company anytime for their attention to detail and cofirming at every stage that things were ok!

Engineer arrived at the expected time. He was polite and friendly and carried out his work in a very efficient and tidy manner. He talked through what he was checking and everything was done thoroughly.

Turned up when they said they would, identified the problem and gave us a reasonable quote to fully fix the problem, and put a temporary workaround in place in the meantime. Would recommend.

Company have done quite a bit of work for me including boiler replacement and services.

The whole team at Metro are so professional, friendly, and I know that I am being treated fairly and respectfully. They are always on time, and give us fair and honest advise.

Metro have visited 3 times repair my central heating, they come on time not waiting in all day. They did the repair left everything clean and tidy. Everyone visited polite and professional. I would definitely recommend their service.

Metro eco fitted my new boiler 2 years ago. I had it serviced last year and again today. The guys are always on time, efficient, friendly, helpful and quick. They have always left my house so tidy you would not even know they have been. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends
