Metropolitan Touring exceeded my expectations
Metropolitan Touring exceeded my expectations from the beginning with Carolina Escobar to the guides in Quito, and the fabulous Isabella II. The staff and crew were professional, attentive and kind and excellent at their jobs. I was in heaven in the Galapagos!

Definitely 5 star service
Metropolitan Touring were assigned to us as our local support company in Peru as part of a bigger tour of South America booked through Trailfinders.
Every leg of our journey throughout Peru was excellent, whether it be being met at the airport and train stations and transported to our hotels, the various tour guides and drivers (particularly our guide Guido for Cusco, Machu Picchu and the sacred valley). Throughout our stay in Peru the whole process was seamless, efficient and very courteous and the overall level of service was outstanding. If we are ever back in Peru or other South American countries that they cater for, then they would be our go-to agents.
Would definitely recommend.

Agent was very helpful
Agent was very helpful. She offered several options for my cruise. She answered many of my questions. We had a follow-up meeting to discuss my trip further. I decided to go with Metropolitan Tours after I speaking to Maria and also attending a lecture from Klaus at the LA Travel and Adventure show. It was the best option for me being a solo travler.

Excellent Customer Service
We have had a wonderful experience working with Rosa Mena on planning our trip. Rosa not only answered questions via email, but she also made herself available for us to speak on the phone. She answered all of our questions and continues to respond promptly as questions arise for us. We are very excited to be taking this once in a lifetime trip with Metro Journeys.
