Ordered, they sent everything the same day, got it the same day. Contacted them via whatsapp too.

I think this is the only place i could find with authentic Mexican products exactly like in Mexico! The prices are also very affordable and the product range is amazing! I will definitely come back for more! Highly recommended!

Things are good. Service is not.

These guys did not pack the things I ordered. They missed some vital things that I bought. When I contact them they tell me "they have seen a video of the packaging" and everything should be fine.

I have asked for them to send me that so-called video, since I know it is BS - but no answer.

There is no service and they do not reply you back. They steal your money and don't care whatsoever. After this experience, I will not buy things here anymore.

They are, short said, thieves.....

Furthermore - I bought a LOT of things - also in the past. Their loss...

I do my shopping with them because the deliver on time and the delivery carrier that they use will place my order per my instructions when I am not at home. When one compares the prices between them and other websites that cater to the Latin American Culinary EU Community, their prices are way below what other's are asking (ie, Amazon, ect.). I have on qualm and only high praise. Now I can cook my Mom's food with the ingredients needed.

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had! I waited for over a month for a package, emailed them several times with no response, then waited again for a week after DPD returned the package to them for reasons unknown to me. Then I asked for a refund, again with no response. Finally, I got my money back thanks to PayPal. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

This place is great! It's very hard to find good Mexican food in Europe, and when you do it's usually limited to La Costeña brand. Not only does this place have hard to find food and brands, but the prices are reasonable and everything was delivered amazingly fresh! Delivery was fast and free, and everything was very well packed. A huge selection.

I had a problem with their website and sent them an email about it. I was satisfied with their answer.

I would recommend them to anyone. I have absolutely no complaints about them whatsoever. My order number was 2300.
