I've never refitted a bathroom before and I was planning on having it done whilst away on holiday for 2 weeks. I was a bit nervous about how it would all go.

Not only did Drago deliver on the technical implementation in the end, but he gave me a strong sense of confidence upfront, with clear explanation on how the project would happen. Giving very frequent updates on the activities required and executed on his side, and directions for what I needed to do on my side, made it a seamless customer journey experience.

The actual outcome was high spec for what I considered a reasonable price.

WOW !!! What a pleasure it is to walk into our new, modern and contemporary bathroom. Emi did an outstanding job, very polite,professional, punctual and neat and tidy throughout. Drago was very helpful and dropped in on a daily basis to oversee the project.We were so happy with thee outcome we have asked them to box in the boiler and replace our kitchen tiles. Would highly recommend MGI.Professional , along with their attention to detail. Thanks so much guys.

We had our bathroom completely replaced and are so happy with the result. From the first contact we had with him, Drago was in regular communication with us to answer any questions. The quote was accurate, the work was completed in less time than expected and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Drago asked questions and took measurements, offering advice on our plans where we weren't sure and generally gave us great confidence in the work. He replied to emails very promptly and his fitter did an excellent job. Drago kept us updated while the work was carried out and all the old materials were taken away at the end of the job. We would highly recommend Drago and his team, they're polite, professional, great value for money, reliable and the quality of the work is excellent.

MGI Services have just completed a new bathroom fit for me and cannot be more happy, Drago attended and gave me a quote for a complete refit which price was reasonable for what I was asking. the fitter Val was punctual every day and was polite. Drago came every day to see how the works was going and explained any problems they had encountered with my bathroom - which was not a problem really as they always had a solution to the problem which caused little disruption. the fitter Val and his assistant worked hard ever day and cleared up any mess as they went along. The works was completed to the timescale given and looked exactly like the design given.
I would highly recommend MGI services (Drago and his team) for the workmanship, Pricing and total professionalism.

Very pleased with my renovated bathroom which has been completed to a very good standard. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling and flooring work was carried out quickly, neatly and quietly by Svetan within the given time scale and with an excellent eye for detail.All rubbish was disposed of at the end of the project. I was always kept informed about progress and any changes/ adaptations discussed thoroughly with Drago. Would highly recommend this company.

Drago and his team did an absolutelymarvellous job fitting our new bathroom.
Drago was able to give us a clear and precised quote and arranged the work quickly and with no fuss. The old suite and tiles were removed, plumbing moved into the wall, and an entirely new shower and toilet installed. Our fitter Val and his trust companion were both trustworthy, polite, punctual and tidy throughout.
Drago checked in every day to make sure everything was going well. Everything went smoothly and was well organised indeed everything to a high standard. I couldnt recomend HIGHLY enough.

Dragomir and his team did a fantastic job of removing and completely replacing an old and extremely dated bathroom.

They were very quick to respond to us with a quote and their availability to do the works which for us was ideal as we had a newborn baby on the way and needed a fully functioning bathroom ready.

The new bathroom looks clean, fresh and new, we are very happy with the professional standard of the work done. They were communicative throughout the process and helped us make informed decisions on aspects of the bathroom, materials and design.

Val and team did an excellent job totally refitting my bathroom and creating a downstairs WC cloakroom. Drago kept me very well informed throughout and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Drago did a fantastic job on our bathroom, he did all our tiling and it has been done beautifully. I wish I had got him to do the 1st fix and 2nd to make it easier, but I had already started this process with another plumber.

Drago is great at communicating and fitting in to your schedule to get the job done - he very kindly squeezed our bathroom in before Christmas which has enabled us to move in sooner.

MGI were absolutely fantastic - they did a beautiful job on our downstairs toilet (they were really detail focussed and have made it look amazing), they were quick, professional and cleaned up! I strongly recommend!

Drago had incredible expertises on bathrooms. He was extremely accurate when giving information on how much material would be needed which meant hardly anything got wasted. Considering he was rotating my bathroom around and the flat is old. He was extremely positive in making sure my idea would be brought to life which made me feel comfortable as the costumer. There was a bit of compromise with false walls and boxes needing to be built but, I am so happy with the finish and feel proud to step into my hotel style bathroom

Drago completed 2 bathrooms for me (a shower room and bathroom) recently and I am extremely happy with the finish and quality of both bathrooms.

Drago checked in daily and kept true to the quote. We had Tsvetan for both jobs and he was prompt, tidy with excellent attention to detail.
