I was subscribed to monthly order, and was quite upset about this, since I had not yet tried the order, never mind being billed for the exact items I had not even tried a month later.
Their support team was very kind, and apathetic, and understood how this can be frustrating,
I offered to return the second package to them and pay for shipping, and they gave me instead an offer to keep the second installment and a % off the next order coupon, for more than what the second subscription cost.
To me this is unheard of, usually they say," you subscribed whether you meant to or not, so it is on you, and by the way, to return your order you have to ship it to CHINA with all kinds of international fees."
I was pleasantly surprised and they also unsubscribed me...
