My experience was absolutely amazing!!! Everything arrived with clear instructions. When we made a mistake with some of the numbers, we reached out to them so they can send us a photo so we could find out which numbers we made mistakes with and they quickly replied and were very eager to help. Sure enough we received a copy immediately! Wow!!! Very impressed!!!

Good Quality and Terrific Customer Service
I made my first purchase with Mii and received it this week. The customer service has been terrific. First they realized my original order was apparently lost in the mail so they re-sent it and offered to let me keep the original if it ever comes. Today, I was ready to prep my painting but had some questions so I emailed them and got a thorough response answering my questions. I haven't painted yet but wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I am so excited about my Paint by Numbers kit! I read the reviews and it seemed all legit- the ordering process was quite straightforward, just make sure to follow up with the email to submit your photo. My order came in about 6-8 weeks, which I expected- make sure to order early enough to allow for this shipping time! The product is AMAZING and I cannot wait to give it to my sister for Christmas. Overall, really good experience and incredible customer support, who are available for emailing at any time and were helpful in giving me info about tracking and other details.

The portrait I couldn't paint myself
I tried to paint a portrait of my late dog, it didn't turn out well. Figured I'd try the paint by numbers approach. I uploaded my favorite picture and received this wonderful kit in the mail, unfortunately delayed by covid. My canvas is being stretched right now. Many kudos for the minimal yet sturdy packaging. Leider ist die QualitÀt der Farben nicht bei allen gleich. Mehrere meiner Farben waren von Anfang an schlecht zu malen da zu fest. Nach wenigen Tagen Stein hart und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt ist soll mit Wasser auffÌllen. Ohne Erfolg. Wieder nachgefragt ob eine Nachbestellung (auch gegen Mehrpreis) möglich ist. Angeblich nicht möglich ich soll in einem bastelladen nachschauen. Somit habe ich ein halbes nicht mehr fertig zu stellendes Bild. Sehr schade! Habe fÌr das Geld einen besseren Kundenservice erwartet...

Do not buy from them
If I could give them minus stars I would. The whole ordering process was such a pain. I paid extra for them to process my painting faster and it still took atleast a month for me to receive it. It took them 2 weeks to the process painting even if I paid the extra and finally shipped it out. When I got it, there were missing numbers and the colours were all wrong. It looks nothing like the preview. They are dishonest and the quality is not good. They wonât even refund me even if I paid the extra to get it processed faster, they sent me a kit with missing and wrong numbers and the wrong colours of paint. I would not order from them. They delete honest reviews. A lot of people have complained about the same thing with the long shipping wait and them sending inaccurate and wrong kits. It is not worth the money or hassle.

I sent them the proof and I already talked with them many times about my concerns. Regardless, they still wonât offer me the refund.

Miii creative are the real deal
Miii creative have been awesome to deal with. They took their time to reproduce my personal photo onto the canvas for me to paint. In doing so the raw canvas looks really accurate. I havenât started painting yet but am really looking forward to seeing my personal memory come to life.
Most importantly for me they are really responsive to queries and the finished product was spot on. Thanks to Anna and everyone else behind the scenes.

Turned out great
Turned out great! I painted this for my family as a Christmas present after our dog passed and they cried when I showed it to them. Thatâs the sign of a good gift! Very fun and relaxing to paint. My only word of caution is make sure you order it with plenty of time to spare because it took 6 weeks to arrive and I barely had enough time to paint it before Christmas. Apparently this isnât typical but still donât try to get it as a last minute gift. Overall I loved it! Recommended it to lots of family and friends.
