My experience with Milkshake has been amazing! The scents are gorgeous and my hair is so much healthier as a result of using these products exclusively. I 100% recommend purchasing from Milkshake trust appointed wholesalers and salons. Do not buy from places like Amazon as the products will be fake and you could jeopardise the health of your hair!!

All the products smell amazing, leaving my hair feel nourished, soft and shiny. My hair had been damaged from bleach and by using the products and a hair care routine they have help repair and prevent further damage

These products have truly saved my hair! Going from black box dye to brunette my hair needed extra care and product so I leaned to a more professional brand after doing research and learning how great these products are! Using natural ingredients I don’t have to worry about what chemicals are going into my hair and what it may cause. The scent is unbelievable so I always get compliments when using these products. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND💗

I’ve been using milkshake for 8 years and it’s transformed my hair! I use it in the salon also and it’s completely change me as a stylist. The products and so kind on the hair and smell incredible. Everyone loves it. I always get it from milkshake directly and have always had the perfect products.

We've relied on Milkshake products in our salon for over a decade, and they continue to impress! The scent of the Colour Maintain shampoo and conditioner is simply delightful - a rich vanilla aroma that our clients adore.

I have been using milkshake hair care for the last 5 years! I absolutely love everything about them, specially the way it makes my hair look and feel. I have tried quite a lot of the range due to hair colour change, condition and hormine related changes. I am currently using the Energising range as my hair had started to feel a bit thin, it now feels and looks fuller and i have definitely noticed less hair fall after 1 month of using.
All the products smell amazing and are so kind to the hair/scalp due to all the natural ingredients. They have also just released a vegan friendly range which is fab!
I also buy from a reputable stockist to ensure all products are genuine.

The best products I have ever used, and the only products I would ever reccomend to my clients to use. My favourite shampoo and conditioner is Make My Day.

As with any professional product just make sure you are purchasing them from salons or the official milkshake website.

I used to love the Milk Shake shampoos and conditioners as the smell was delicious. Everybody used to comment about the smell of my hair.
I don’t know what has happened but the recipe has changed. That vanilla smell has gone and now it’s just a chemically smell that puts me off continuing to buy it.
At first I thought I had bought a fake and went into a Milk Shake hairdressing stockist and bought more but it’s just the same. So disappointed and will look for another brand now.

Milkshake products are good but please ship using Evri or another delivery company, Royal Mail /Post Office are almost useless.

Fantastic customer service! I have problems with the delivery company not actually delivering my order, milkshake (Red-hot Products) sent out a 2nd parcel. When the same delivery company failed to deliver again, they sent out a 3rd parcel through a different delivery service. They have been fantastic! Quick to reply to emails and fully understanding, they have actioned things quickly and been super helpful. I cannot fault their customer service, just a shame about the delivery company.

I received not 1 but 2 under-filled bottles of shampoo! I bought 100ml bottle to try the shampoo out, as it’s expensive I wasn’t prepared to buy a larger amount. The bottle I received was unsealed and under-filled - I complained. The customer service was quick to respond and send out a replacement bottle BUT the second bottle arrived unsealed and even more under-filled than the first! The first bottle had 90ml, the second bottle had 80ml. For £10 a bottle it’s actually disgusting that they’re ripping customers off by sending out less product than we’re paying for. I absolutely WONT be buying from here again.

Great products but DONT PURCHASE THEM FROM AMAZON!!

long story short. My hair dresser used milkshake products on me, they were great but she wasn't a stockist to sell the products.
I ordered off amazon but noticed the products really dried my hair out.
After emailing customer service to check if products were real or not I found out they were not.
Purchased the real products and there is a hugggeeee difference!
So buy direct from them, don't try to save money by using fakes that damage and dry your hair out.

Amazing service. I placed my order and qualified for 2 free gifts which I forgot to add to my order. Milkshake team contacted me before order dispatched to let me know that I had not selected these free gifts and to ask if I want them. I received my order well packed, free gifts was there...and a sweet treat which my kids was happy to find - love hearts sweets!

Qualche mese fa ho scoperto il prodotto Milk12effects ed è subito diventato insieme all'Olaplex, il miglior prodotto per capelli mai provato!! Un latte spray dai diversi utilizzi, una texture leggera che assolutamente non appesantisce il capello ma lo nutre in profondità. Si può applicare sui capelli umidi per nutrire ed aiutare lo styling, sui capelli asciutti per eliminare l'effetto frizz. Ha la protezione solare quindi si può utilizzare proteggere i capelli dai raggi solari nocivi. Ha un profumo sensazionale di vaniglia con il quale avvolgerà la vostra chioma. Io sono letteralmente innamorata e pronta a provare altri prodotti della linea Milkshake Hair🔝🔝🔝

They have the best silver shampoo, worth every cent.
I get compliments and get asked if I coloured my hair. No, I didn't. I use Milkshake Silver Shampoo and it is doing an amazing job keeping my hair colour cool.

The only negative aspect is that the shampoo works that great that it even colours in my scalp a bit - what I really don't mind at all.

Big buying recommendation!

Outstanding shopping experience and the products are lush!!! Wouldn't by from anywhere else. Order arrived next day and I didn't even pay for delivery. Really recommend
