I so enjoy visiting Millets in Bath

I so enjoy visiting Millets in Bath. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Gary is always full of useful advice and nothing is too difficult for him to sort out. I was trying to find just the right walking trousers today and after some time and discussion about sizing, comfort and practicality we found just the right pair! I will be back soon for my next Peter Storm great value product!

My son is doing bronze DofE and we popped in today to sort the bits needed from the list.

We were served by James who was exceptional. Fantastic knowledge and service, exactly what retail needs. Passionate people to give you a reason to go in to the store. If all retailers had a ‘James’ the high street would be booming. Well done and keep up the good work

Helpful staff

Didn't have a product that fit the parameters I was looking for (as quite niche). Staff (James, bath shop) provided helpful and insightful guidance.

Products good

Products good, staff are lovely, was served by James today and he was great as usual. Just a really good store environment will definitely come back and is better than mountain warehouse.

Superb service from someone friendly

Superb service from someone friendly, customer-centred and eager to ensure that the customer experience was as excellent as possible, on a busy Easter Saturday. Will definitely return, and recommend the store!

James' service was faultless

James' service was fautless - he took the time to listen, understand my budget and needs. I also witness him having to have a conversation with a difficult customer, which he handled calmly and professionally.

We are visitors to Bath....

We are visitors to Bath and have never been to this branch before. The two staff we spoke to, were very helpful and personable. We bought two Peter Storm waterproof jackets. Gary who served us and with whom we paid, was very friendly, and chatty explaining there was a new line of Peter Storm clothing, so what we were buying was of the new design. We had a nice chat which made the experience even nicer. I told him he'd been very nice and helpful.

Wonderful staff + experience

Wonderful service from James who was very knowledgeable and friendly, went above and beyond to help me find a pair of hiking boots on my birthday :)

Shopping at Millets in Bath is great

Shopping at Millets in Bath is great. Staff are helpful but not intrusive. No pressure to make a purchase. Gary served me today and as always friendly and helpful

Very knowledgeable and attentive staff

Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Saw that my daughter needed to try something on and proactively sorted out a changing room for her. James was extremely helpful.

Lovely store and staff

On a weekend break visited great Millets store in Bath - everything stocked and well laid out. Friendly and very helpful service from a very nice guy James. Bought a hat (Tilley) for sun shade and walking trips and it’s perfect
