Millets - Chippenham レビュー 

I love millets. The staff in my local store are lovely. Never had a problem on line. Good service and quick delivery.

I haven’t received my order. Said it had been delivered to store. When I went in it said it had been collected and the man behind the desk said to contact Millets as there was nothing he could do as someone had obviously accidentally marked it as collected when it hadn’t actually been delivered to store. Can seem to get any reply from millets on the matter

Vicky especially was very friendly and helpful in finding me some decent boots. She even discounted them for me 😊

Great service, quick and easy and Doug pointed out the offer that I’d have otherwise missed, saving me money in the process!

I had such a fantastic experience at Millets thanks to Doug. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed for my first backpacking trip and patiently talked me through the different options without any pressure to buy. His knowledge, honesty and genuine enthusiasm made choosing the right backpack so much easier.

Doug was incredibly kind, approachable and went above and beyond to make sure the bag fitted properly and was comfortable before I left the store. It’s rare to come across customer service this good, and he made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable.

A huge thank you, Doug, for all your help. You’re a real credit to the team, and I couldn’t recommend you more highly!

The manager was publicly berating and demeaning the junior member of staff. This is not acceptable behaviour and as a customer is very uncomfortable. When I went to the counter to pay both carried on what they were doing without acknowledging me. Poor service and rude staff.

Went in today for the second time this week to get some last minute supplies for a camping trip this weekend and on both visits I had amazing customer service, the staff were proactive in helping, giving advice on products and sizing, and willing to open boxed products to let us try things out, etc.

Special shoutout to Doug who served us today, and whose 80th Birthday it was! (At least according to the batch he was wearing). He was incredibly knowledgeable and basically gave us a personal shopper experience to ensure we got everything we needed, in the right sizes etc.

Doug was very helpfull, he helped me with sandals gave me a couple of sizes to try. He made the sale quick and easy, at a great price!

Popped into Millets Chippenham this morning for some items. Doug immediately found me precisely what I was looking for. As always a great service from this store, which is so very useful.

I should take a star off because they use EVRI for delivery but it arrived safely (you roll the dice using EVRI) so I can't really.

Doug was friendly, welcoming and helped reassure me that the rucksacks I was looking to purchase were suitable. He also had a look if they had something else in stock I was looking for. Efficient checkout when purchasing the rucksacks too. Great all round service & would definetely recommend a trip into the store instead of purchasing online, for added guidance offered.

Always good service, but exceptional this time. Had a manufacturing quality issue with footwear and it was resolved by Bradley and Vicky in record time. Thank you both.

Went into Millets Chippenham for a few things for the upcoming scout and family camping trips. Doug was very helpful answering any questions I had as always when I've been in there. Quick, friendly service :-)

Excellent service from Doug when choosing a raincoat. Thoroughly professional and really knows the stock. Always find the service in this store extremely good.

Doug was super helpful and polite. I couldn’t find what I needed on the shelves so Doug kindly went and checked the stock out the back, and thankfully he found it.

iv been shopping in millits in chippingham from the age of 10 years old and im now 45 love the shop

I went into millets Chippenham on Tuesday this week to enquire about a travel bag for my Son who leaves for Australia next week. I was greeted by a very nice and informative young lad (sorry I didn’t get his name) who suggested a bag they had in store which looked ideal for what my son wanted. I went in the next day with my Son and was served by the lovely Vicki who showed us how the bag worked, how much weight it took etc and also suggested a couple more things that he could take such as a light weight towel, adapter etc. All very reasonably priced which was fabulous as I was paying :) and it was great quality gear. A big thankyou to Vicki and I think Doug? and the young lad who were all very friendly, helpful and definitely all know what they are talking about.

I went into the shop to buy walking socks. They had the item I wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shop is small but has a good selection of outdoor and camping gear. It's great to be able to buy locally.
