I don't usually write reviews
I don't usually write reviews. However, I went in to Millets in Chippenham for a pair of walking socks. I was unsure of the type needed. The gentlemen sorted this out, then I wanted some waterproof trousers and jacket. Again unsure of type, or size. He searched high and low for my colour and size. I tried several on, which I returned to him, and he had to repack. Eventually finding what I needed. Excellent service. I will be back. Thanks.

I needed some wide waterproof walking…
I needed some wide waterproof walking trainers and had been looking elsewhere with no luck. The shop assistant (female) was very helpful indeed and found just what I needed. She gave a personal recommendation for the Merrell speed strike 2 GTX which were on offer too. She was very pleased to be able to help me.

Karl was pleasant and very helpful without being at all pushy to make a sale. Totally different experience to my earlier visit to jd sports which is why I didn't mind paying a little more for a good quality product and polite helpful service

Doug was extremely helpful
I was served by a super helpful man called Doug today. I needed a waterproof coat for my 13 year old and he was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Having this shop in Chippenham is a real asset especially for DofE equipment as nowhere else locally really sells the same.
