Excellent Service
The whole team in Croydon was brilliant. Diane in particular helped me immensely to make an informed decision about camping equipment. Couldn’t speak more highly about the entire experience.

Excellent customer service
A store worker Daniel really helped in double checking details about multiple tents and helped me decide which tent to go with for my DofE Gold Qualifying expedition. 10/10 service and will recommend this shop to my team mates

Great store for all things outdoor with a good selection range and offers. Dylan and James were really helpful with choosing a tent and at the till. Very friendly and approachable staff.

Super sales person
The customer service advisor, Kelvin advised me of the various options and selected the best styles for me. Helped me with sizing too and was very polite and friendly.

Cheaper than the Big DIY stores.
I felt really good about the customer service which I received. Diane was there for me as I walked in the Croydon branch. The stock is top quality and cheaper than the Big DIY stores.
