We were very well looked after
We were very well looked after by the staff Erol and Hannah, who helped us to choose items and to carry them downstairs as I was with a toddler. Thank you very much.

Friendly and helpful staff. Big range and good prices. Great that we still have a town centre with plenty of shops. Use it or lose it!

Erol was very helpful.

I visited the store today
I visited the store today, Kazz, Hannah and Matthew were fantastic. Very customer focused, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the store.

Excellent customer service
Went to get some camping gaz earlier in week but shop out of stock. The guys in the shop including Andrew were very helpful in telling me they were expecting a delivery soon so gave me their phone number and told me to call back later in week. Today I did that and Hannah very kindly reserved me some cylinders so I could pick up later. Great old fashioned customer service that is very rare nowadays. Thanks guys

Helpful polite staff
Erol was very helpful on the phone and in store when I wanted to return an online purchase and purchase a replacement. Also Quick and competent service from a staff member Erol was training.

Great service Harriet. Well done Millets.
Harriet served me today and has served me on many occasions. She is always friendly, polite, knowledge and professional. She knows that I am a scout leader and alway checks my ID and offers me any discounts on offer. That’s why I alway go back and shop at millets.
