Extremely helpful assistant Simon. I'd bought a pair of walking shoes a couple weeks back and wanted to buy an alternative pair. Simon was very helpful.

Recently bought x2 dry robes in my local Millets in Hitchin. Professional, knowledgeable & helpful customer service given by all staff every time I go in there. If I'd needed to replace/refund, the process was explained to me & having it locally would have made it so easy. Luckily didn't need to. Thank you Millets, great service & I'll continue to keep my business local because of shops like you 😃
