I have purchased various items over several years including boots, sandals, hiking sticks , walking trousers and rain coat. I always find the service from all the staff friendly, informative and they are always willing to help.

Very helpful staff in the Hitchin shop. Very patient too, as my son tried on numerous pairs of hiking boots!!
