I was served by a really nice guy called George. Gave me some useful advise and was very helpful. It's a pity that the shop isn't bigger and could therefore hold more and more variable stock.

Was served today by George. Was very welcoming straight away as entering the store. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and directed us straight to what we wanted. Lovely lad.

New Walking Boots

We went in to Louth Millets to get some new walking boots for my husband. We were served by Kelly, she was really helpful, and polite nothing was too much trouble.
We love visiting that shop and with customer service at such a high standard

Great customer service from Tom. Wanted some walking boots. He quickly identified the wide foot shoes and described the difference between the shoes. Very knowledgeable

Great shop for camping stuff

Served by George. He was extremely helpful, gave us great advice about the camping stove equipment. Very patient and pleasant.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff

Visited the Louth branch today for some last minute camping supplies. George was incredibly helpful, really knowledgeable and spent quite some time with me finding the most suitable gear for novice campers. Really helpful and a surprisingly good selection for such a small store.

I've been in a couple of times over the…

I've been in a couple of times over the last few weeks, not only do I think the prices are very reasonable and lots of choice of camping gear, I got everything I needed.
George was exceptionally great, really helpful and friendly and knowledgeable of what we needed
Great shop and always feel welcome on entering

Today I was served by Tom

Today I was served by Tom. I told him what I was looking for, which was a pair of Peter Storm 'Buxton' walking boots in a size 9. He very quickly located them and helped me unpack and open them.
I was delighted with the fit and finish of the boots and an excellent very competitive price.
So 5 stars to Millets and another 5 stars to Tom for his professional and friendly assistance - a credit to the store. Thank you
