Sam was great, very helpful and polite.

Excellent help and advice from the young lad. Didn't get his name, but he really helped me in selecting some over trousers and what type of walking boots would be a good pick.

Thanks to Jacqueline and Lewis for helping me out. Found a perfect tent for my family and 2 dogs.

Great lads, very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to help me choose my new clothes. Sam, jack and Lewis top lads.

very lovely staff, i had been saving up for a berghaus jacket and wanted to buy one today as it was my birthday. i needed help with sizings and the lovely worker Lewis helped me to find my perfect fit. he gave me a good birthday laugh and i think i will come back to buy another jacket from here in the future and i am glad i went into the store today to shop

We were served today by Lewis D who was very helpful, friendly and gave great customer service

I cannot rate this store enough, had an issue with faulty walking boots, Sam went above and beyond to replace them for me, nothing was any trouble for him.

I had an issue with a damaged tent that I returned and reordered. However the tent never turned up and when I contacted customer care they said I'd have to go in store to sort it out. Which was a bit of a pain as I don't live local and I could've done without it! However I went to the store today and although it seemed difficult to sort at first the young man, Sam, was very patient and tried his hardest to get things sorted for me. After a bit of time on the phone to cuso2xare again. Sam managed to get it sorted for me. Although it was a pain and a mess on to get sorted, Sam was so helpful and I felt listened to and not like I was being a burden. He showed brilliant customer service skills as well as the manager of the store and things where sorted very satisfactorily. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received in store today.

Very simple and straightforward. I explained to the lady at the door what i wanted- a waterproof inner for my rucksack- and she showed me a selection, one of which was ideal. I could also mention that the price was less than half that at a rival store!

I went to m/borough fillets for trainers and a gortex coat miss Jacqueline was most helpful couldn't do enough to help me most impressed with her service

Visited Middlesbrough town centre store and was served by Kay. Very friendly smile and very helpful. Asset to the store. I will be back.

When I entered the store I was immediately pounced on by a lady who shouted at me as I walked in and made me feel as if I I couldn’t come in unless there was something specific I wanted, no just coming in for a browse anymore. This lady is one of the rudest people I have ever been served by, the whole time she kept shouting “WHAT?” No pardon, no apology just WHAT! Plus every time I asked a question she pulled this face as if I should have known it or that I was an idiot for asking it. Not to mention that she knew nothing of the products and had to ask the lad she was working with the same question I asked her.
I now also know too much about this stranger as she told me her whole life story (without any prompting I might add) and I overheard her talking to the other members of staff about her swelling and other medical issues and seems to have going on.
If I ever go back I hope to not see her again
