Great service , great products ready for camping experience

Sandra and Vicky are stars. Their knowledge of walking boots is superb. Very helpful negotiating the return of two pairs of faulty boots.

Two lovely shop assistants in the Newark shop, Vicky and Becky. Quick and helpful service. Bonus that my Blue light card saved me over £11. Very sad to hear the store is closing down.

Visited the Newark Store today 1480 Sandra and Silvia.
Amazing store and service - the lady that served me today (Leatherman Signal) was just simply amazing. A true lesson that so many from other brands could learn from in customer service. It’s for this reason alone that I will now always return to this store!,! Thank you ladies.

I bought a pair of “waterproof “ walking boots in July off Millets website. Only wore them three times and they were leaking badly. Rang customer service and they said, no problem, take them back to your local store. Which I did. Becky and Sandra, from the Newark branch, were wonderful. Helpful and polite from the start. Even advised me what cleaning and waterproofing to use. 10/10

I always have a great experience in this store. Although it's not the biggest, I always manage to find what I'm looking for. The staff are also great and have assisted me with multiple purchases over the last few months. Becky especially has been very kind and helpful.

I visited this shop today with my son to buy some outdoor gear. The staff at the Newark shop were extremely helpful and patient as we tried loads of different walking boots on. We found what we needed!

I ordered a large tent online, (NOT NEWARK STORE, can't submit the review with out a specific store) it arrived as planned, great.
It is too heavy and too big to go in my car, sadly.
I called customer service and booked a collection for 14/7/23. A very rude man arrived and refused to take it back unless I carried it across a busy road with him.
I refused and he got verbally abusive.
I called customer services again and booked another collection date for today 21/7/23 even received an email confirming this and giving me a time slot. That has now passed. I called CS and have been on the phone for over 45 mins being told to bear with me
I have been told there are no collections over weekends, but she is trying to book for tomorrow!!! No collection booked. The next Klarna payment is due 1/8. No manager. Nothing sorted.
APPALLING SERVICE. I will never buy anything from Millets again.

Silvia was absolutely fantastic. Daughter and I had popped in as she needed a waterproof coat for riding we had minutes to get one, Silvia came to the rescue and kitted my daughter out leaving time to spare. Friendly and helpful knew what we needed and showed us a couple of choices. Fantastic service.

Silvia and Sandra were very helpful when I was making purchases for my son to take on his D of E expedition.
