Not as expected
We booked transport from the airport to our hotel with Million Routes and paid 134 euros for a large transporter for 5 travelers.
When we arrived, there was no one at the designated stand. Other drivers from the same industry ended up helping us get in touch with Million Routes. One person from the company did show up, but couldn’t do anything to help.
When we called the “emergency number,” we were told that the driver had supposedly waited for 1.5 hours, tried calling us, and then left. This is simply not true — we landed on time, picked up our luggage without delay, and went straight to the meeting point. We received no calls, and the driver could not possibly have waited that long.
On our second call, we were told that no drivers were available and that we would have to find our own solution. We therefore paid an additional 60 euros to get to our hotel.
Return trip:
The driver arrived late and showed up in a regular taxi, so we might as well have taken a taxi both ways and actually saved money.
We contacted customer service and asked for a refund for the missed transfer. They refunded 25 euros — and that was it.
Conclusion:
2 stars, because we did at least get picked up on the return trip. But this is not a company I will ever use again or recommend to others.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for allowing us to clarify what happened. We’re sorry that this situation caused frustration at the start of your trip.
Regarding the arrival transfer, the booking indicated an arrival time of 08:30, which corresponds to the departure time of your flight from your origin airport. However, the flight actually landed at 11:55. Based on the information provided in the reservation, the driver was at the meeting point and waited according to our standard waiting times. After more than one hour, several call attempts were made to the phone number on the booking, but we were unable to reach you, and the driver was therefore released.
Although the service was managed according to the details entered in the booking and our waiting policy, we still issued a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, as we understand the inconvenience this caused upon arrival.
Regarding the return transfer, a minivan service was booked. Please note that part of our fleet consists of licensed minivan taxis with capacity for up to 9 passengers, which fully meet the booked vehicle category.
We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been reviewed internally, as it helps us improve communication and prevent similar situations in the future.

Incredible service
The website was so easy to use, our first driver greeted us at the airport and was very friendly, great with the kids and even gave us a mini guided tour & information about the island and surrounding Canary Islands as he drove us to the hotel. Both taxis were immaculately clean and air conditioned; and the children’s car seats were both safe and again spotlessly clean. Our pickup to take us back to the airport again was there on time (if not early which was weldomed) and again we were greeted with a friendly driver, with another immaculate and air conditioned taxi, which again had safe car seats for the kids. You do pay a little more than what you would off the taxi rank, but honestly the extra money was 100% worth it. Would absolutely reccomend them to anyone, especially anyone travelling with small children.
