This place is trash. The dress fit horribly also came late. When I reached out to return they treated me so poorly. Custom service was atrocious.

Do not order from them. We ordered a dress with custom sizing and they made it 4.5 inches too big in the waist, which is absurd, especially for a fitted dress. It also took more than twice as long as quoted to get here. Their customer service is horrid and I have been fighting with them to return the unwearable dress for a refund and am now having to dispute with my CC because all they will offer is a partial refund.

If I could give a 0, I would. There is no way to contact them except email and they take a week to respond. Ordered my dress over 3 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. Website states you can cancel if your dress shows as being processed still but will not actually let you. Will not refund you either.

took extremely long to get my order. dress did fit but the quality wasn't exactly a 10/10 more like a 6/10. also don't be fooled even though the website has .uk at the end its not a uk company and this is why the shipping takes so long because it comes from chine, would not recommend was quite expensive for the poor quality

I ordered a strapless hand beaded gown with a slit in the leg. I had a terribly difficult time trying to get assistance prior to ordering to ensure I got the correct size and need minimal alterations. When I finally was able to get ahold of a person via email I believe our messages were being lost in translation. I was trying to order a dress with the quickest shipping. I was under the impression that ordering a standard size would be shipped more quickly which turned out to be untrue. In addition, I bought the size best matching my personal measurements. Again, when asking questions about how to best order if I go with a standard size I wasn't getting clear answers. I ordered based on my largest measurement, my bust. When I received the dress it was way too big to the point I paid over half of what I paid for the dress to have it altered and it still doesn't feel tight enough. However, we could no alter the dress any further because of the sheer bodice and riveted beading. we also couldn't alter the back because it would moved the zipper. Also, where the slit in the dress is located there is a bizarre cut and hem in the material where the skirt should naturally drap over itself when it wraps around making the leg slit look odd. It is hard to describe without including a photo but the gist is it does not look as it does in the advertised photos of the dress. While differences in the beading is to be expected from dress to dress, the bizarre piece of material at the leg slit is not. it looks a mistake was made and there was an attempt to patch it up in order to sell it anyway.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a size 2 dress for my daughter as that’s her size in most things. Came in and was too tight to get over her head or up the waist and when she finally did get it on it was way too short! Contacted customer service and they asked for pictures of her in the dress which I explained it did not fit to put on. They said they could take the return because the dresses are made to order which is bullcrap. Made to order is sending some exact measurements making it custom made! Not to mention extremely cheaply made. Anyone taking sewing 101 could make them. They are a scam and do not waist your money. They over charge for cheap clothing.

This company will not accept returns. I would not recommend. We loved the pictures of the dress, but having ordered it and tried it on it was huge on my daughter. They said it was custom made so they can’t take it back. She ordered a “size”. I don’t see how that is “custom made” it’s a very tricky company. Very misleading. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT order a custom dress!! My daughter has been a dancer for 14 years. We know how to measure. This dress was so HUGE in the breast area let alone the straps came down to her nipples. It was VERY CHEAP AND UGLY!!! Mind you the color we ordered/advertise was COMPLETELY different. My daughter cried seeing she paid for the dress with her hard earned money. They would not reimburse her a fraction of the cost. They said they had people review and the sizes are what we ordered. Measure the dress and the sizes we gave them …. Hmmmm much larger… idiots!!. How about the seamstress??? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see if she had boobs the straps would not come down to her nipples- she would have filled that in!! I wish I could send pics with this review so you all
Could see the color too! Hot pink is what was advertised and we got a dark magenta!!! Seriously!!! Fire the seamstress who did such a CRAP job let alone management seeing they turned a blind eye to such terrible workmanship. I sent in MANY pictures and it was plain as day! Oh well STEAL a young girls hard earned money and continue to do a CRAP job your company will close down!

If I could give zero stars I would. The dress we received looked nothing like the one on the website. The stitching is terrible, there are tiny stitching holes all over the dress. The fabric quality is also terrible and it’s too big- was not made to the specs I ordered. After multiple emails back and forth, and customer service sending pictures of my dress before it shipped (which was clearly not the same dress), they offered me a refund of 20% of my total cost. Ridiculous. They have since stopped responding so I guess I am now out $150. DO NOT give this website your business. It’s a total scam.

Having checked the reviews I thought I would still give this company a chance, Have to say, I'm so glad I did.
Delivery was very fast and it arrived before the projected date.
My daughter was over the moon with the dress and has told me it was "perfect"
We ordered custom sizes and it fitted perfectly.
The quality of it was also very good, very good value for the price paid.

Avoid this website. The dress we ordered looked nothing like the photo and was terribly quality. I read the return policy prior to purchasing and it was strict about a 7 day return window that you needed to get prior authorization from. I emailed them the same day it was delivered, and again on days 2, and 4 after delivery. They finally responded with- if there were nothing wrong with the dress that it was not authorized to return. They will not accept dress back just because you do not like it once it arrives or if it is unflattering. Never Again due to this deceiving return policy. If I weren't an honest person, I would have made something "wrong" with the dress, as I am sure many people do. Instead I am out 120

Dress was lovely and just as expected on the picture I have washed the dress on a delicate setting and has washed lovely quite a heavy dress but worth the money we orderd the dress 2 months in advance a wise choice from us yes it takes sometime to arrive but worth it regarding size there is a size guide and it's worth taking the time to measure we did this and got the right size looked at the pictures on line I wasn't prepared to pay £10000 for a dress that would worn once we did have to however have the dress taken up slightly as it was a bit too long but you habe to expect this they are produced on a mass scale over all 100% happy with the dress

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a homecoming dress and they suspended the order just before homecoming. I requested a full refund and they said they would send it. A week later I ask again about the refund. The offered me a 30% discount to keep the order (that they suspended) I said no as our homecoming even was past by this time. I ask again for a refund and never received it and never received a dress. The dress was $180. Update: I received a full refund a full month after my order date (3 weeks after they suspended my order and lots of emails asking for my money back).

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POS company... dress was of poor quality, no where near the fit as described and finally after 6 emails they responded with the item could not be returned. Save yourself money and aggravation adn DO NOT ORDER from them unless you like throwing money out of the winder.

Experience very quickly and tracking very simple

Ordered Homecoming dress for my daughter the back wont even close and the top looks awful. They said it was made to order and they wont do a return. I will never ever order from them again. You have to be able to return something online that does not fit. Customer service was rude as well.

We ordered a homecoming dress for our daughter in her size, and while the dress fit, the fabric felt cheap and would not lay right.
When we attempted to submit a ticket to the company, the link was broken, so we had to email customer service. They told us that every dress is made to order, so they don't accept returns unless there is something wrong with the dress. They also required us to submit pictures, which we did. Their response was "Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service." They sent pictures of a dress and claimed that it was the one made for her (how do we know this?!) and basically said there was nothing more they would do.
If you're going to offer online ordering, you have to expect that people are going to want to return items. The strict policy of no returns is ridiculous and they have lost a customer based on their poor customer service.

The price and shipping were good and done in a timely manner. However, the dress didn't fit (which happens) and the material doesn't look the same in person as it does in the picture. I tried to return the dress saying it didn't fit and was informed there is a no return policy. The customer service person was nice via email (no complaints about that) but they sent me a picture of the mannequin wearing the dress saying that the measurements are accurate. Not everyone is going to have a perfect body like a mannequin. Long story short, I'm very frustrated that I'm not able to return the dress. I was going to buy another one from them after I returned this but due to the no return policy, I will not be buying from them anymore.
