It’s the same people in Lithuania who are using the same scam format to trick people out of money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolute armed robber corporate scammers tell me? who goes under a video camera app to trickishly appear when as the first thing you see when you try to register for the app only to realise is a scam company such as this thieves who call themselves themindrest.com tricking you to click on their rubbish service the next thing these rogues try to collect Money from your account £49 please everyone keeps reporting this scammers until this company is closed down

Completely unprofessional. Continue to charge me. I have to get a new credit card with my bank to stop it. Tried to email multiple times over the years. Yes, years…

I purchased a 1-month plan and the money was deducted from the bank account but no plan was delivered. I waited for an hour, downloaded the app and logged in with the credentials used to purchase the plan. No plan was delivered. I called my bank immediately to cancel my card to prevent this scammer from making further deduction. Everyone who is experiencing auto deduction, don’t bother to contact them. Just call your bank and cancel your card.

Absolute scammers, the live therapist (AI) component of this app does not even work, I have contacted them repeatedly for a refund, provided them with screen shots & they ignore emails. Do not sign up for this app they are absolute frauds.

Have ignored my emails for months. Haven't used the app for over 4 months yet still they take money each month. Was a pointless subscription in the first place. Poor communication and customer service.

I should have checked the reviews first.. after the initial payment Every single thing I click on they ask for more money. I signed up for a couple of the "add ons" but they just keep coming I finally get to the point to where I can download the app and now I can't even use that because they want more Money in order to use it. If I try going back to website it just wants me to start over making this program 100% unusable by me.

This is a scam/fraudulent company pretending to offer mental health therapy through an app. I tried the 7 day free trial to my dissatisfaction and cancelled my account within the 7 days. I discovered recently that they have taken 3 full payments from me since Jan 24 even though I have cancelled my account (I literally cannot sign into the app because I don't have an account). I email them asking for a refund and was met with the following reply -

- We have processed the cancellation of your account as per your request. To proceed with the refund, please follow our refund policy:
1.Reasons for Refund: Provide reasons why you believe the plan didn't work for you.
2.Evidence of Usage: Show evidence that you adhered to the instructions provided on our plans for at least 7 consecutive days by providing a screenshot of the Journal Feature or any relevant proof.

Once you provide this information, we will review your request and initiate the refund process accordingly.

You can reply to this email with the required details. If you have any difficulties or further questions, please feel free to contact us.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. -

I have notified American Express and am disputing the payments to get my money back as they have made it clear they are going to make it impossible to do so through them. Reading the other similar experiences on trustpilot confirmed my suspicion that it is a fraudulent company and I will be reporting them to the authorities.

Waste of time and it completely lied to me.
Told me to take a test for something else, made me fill out a questionnaire and then tried to sell me something without being relatable to the test they advertised. Con people!

Highly unethical company.

Do not deliver what they promise. I signed up for a personalised plan and received a completely irrelevant plan. I requested a refund under their 14 day money back guarantee which they say they won't issue until I provide evidence that I have followed the irrelevant plan for 7 days.

Waste of money and waste of time.

I can not believe they have just taken £70 out of my account, how on earth do I reclaim my money when I can’t see an option to unsubscribe

Die Erfahrung mit dieser App war äusserst enttäuschend. Nachdem ich das Probeabo für eine Woche abgeschlossen und innerhalb der Testphase gekündigt hatte, wurde mir dennoch der volle Betrag berechnet, obwohl die Kündigung fristgerecht erfolgt war. Um eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten, wurde ich aufgefordert, meine privaten Notizen zu teilen, damit die Mitarbeiter von Minderse prüfen können, ob die App tatsächlich nicht genutzt wurde. Diese Vorgehensweise ist absolut lächerlich, da sich innerhalb einer Woche kaum etwas ändern kann. Ich hege den Verdacht, dass es sich hierbei um Betrug handelt und kann die App daher keinesfalls empfehlen.

I’m looking everywhere to cancel and it’s cancellation option it’s extremely hidden
I even google it and it’s incoherent with the app and the website doesn’t give you the option-stir far from this app

Ergh I’m so annoyed I fell for this scam! Signed up for the $1 trial and now they keep taking my money even though I’ve unsubscribed

Do not sign up!

I signed up for 7 free days for $1 and then realised it was not for me so emailed the company to cancel my subscription and received and email back confirming that it was cancelled. 7 days later circa $77 is taken from my account and I have received no response from the email address that confirmed the subscription was cancelled for 2 days.

Total scam. No option to cancel subscription via the app or website. Customer support not responding.

Please avoid at all costs.

This is a business that loses all it's credibility from the point where it charges you without consent.

From a very elaborated and polished Instagram advertising I was mislead to think that I was paying $1 for a personalised mind wellness plan. After paying $1, they send you an email with a downloadable pdf. After 7 days they silently charge you $79 dollars. If you try to login on their website it is not possible as there is no account section.

You can download the app and login with your account but under profile section, you don't have any billing section which means you can't control what what has been charged or what is going to be charged.

They do all this silently so that the only option is the slow support system that takes mores than 48 hours to reply, where they will ask you very elaborately to explain the reason why you wish to be refunded.

I had to cancel my debit card and present charges to the police. You should do the same if you have been charged this way. This kind of business operation is deplorable and must be taken down.

Unfortunately I've only found other complaints here in Trustpilot after passing through all this.
