They're a real slick operation! They run TV commercial asking you to send a text message for a free sample of the product. Nothing in this world is free, so you go ahead and pay $5.99 for shipping and handling. 2 weeks later SURPRISE!! You get billed for $75.99. Real Slick!

Referred from a TV ad, I went onto the website and ordered the $5.99 trial. The next morning I looked at my checking account and I saw that I had another charge for $34.96, I did not request click or order any other product. I have no idea what the product is that I was charged for.
I called the customer service number and was told I had to wait for the product to arrive before it could be credited back to my account. I’m sure I will probably have to pay the ship back costs as well. As far as I’m concerned, this is an untrustworthy company. I would recommend not ordering anything from them.

they are scammers that get you by offering a free sample with only shipping to be paid and the next thing yiu know their taking 75 bucks for anouther bottle of their snake oil .and some how its ok with paypal they say it waS authorized ,the only thing i authorized was 5. 99 for theshipping of the sample 14 pills /. i never authorized anything beyond that . the phone no is a guy u cant understand and hes a jerk will not listen or try to adjust its all a scam that paypal condones

I tried this product for the 14 days and it didn't do as it said. I did not however realize that I subscribed to anything, until my credit card was charged, which cannot be paid because unfortunatly it is maxed out. I did not want to keep this product and definatly do not want to pay over $75 for anything like this. The phone number given is a potential fraud number. What is that about.

This capsule seems to have all the right ingredients. I checked. However, it didn't seem to have a palpable effect. My opinion is that perhaps there is just not enough of the ingredients in each capsule to make a difference. It falls short. Needs a stronger dose in the capsules, or so it seems.

I signed up after getting a "special promotional" offer for 2 or 3 month period ( what I intended). Their promotional price was reasonable. I was immediately charged $80.18. I assumed that was for the full 3 month period. I receive 1 bottle in the mail shortly afterward. The next month I received another bottle, which I assumed would be not cost, but was billed another $80.18. I called Mindfuladvantage and all I was told that I can have the following month bottle for a price of $40. I asked about the special promotion that I signed up with, however, they had no record of such. This company is a scam. There is no "special promotion". They just overcharge by a factor of at least 2x, what I can buy on the internet, or other brands. They lied. Do not buy from them! I cancelled my order starting on 25Aug25. We'll see what happens.

I tried to cancel for 2monthd and they still continued to send and charge my card 81dollars.this is people who just want your money BEWARE

They charged my card and sent me an $80 unwanted bottle of their product. When I protested, they refused to take it back. I am complaining to the BBB.

Be careful with this company!!! Getting your credit card is all they want. You can't get around using it and the product is useless. They will not back it in any way you're stuck. Call their staff at the telephone number and just see how defensive they are and how they've been beat up by the public. I believe it's a foreign company and all they want is your credit card because they have more people in the back office ready to dispute you then they have improving their product. You will not win with any dispute for any reason. I received the trial and that's all I ever got they say I received everything. Fortunately I can afford the loss but just trying to warn the general public as I never have to do a public notice such as this!

This company has the worst customer support. I purchased the item online. The company sent it to the wrong address. I have snapshot proof that it was misdelivered. They dared to charge my account twice for $75.00 after not receiving a single product. I called to get a refund, and the company refused to refund my money. If you like throwing money away on a predatory company and want to risk closing your bank card, go for it. I highly recommend finding a better product elsewhere. This company is a scam!!!!

Cannot get any connection either web site or telephone that works. Product questionable, company no question. Fraud or scam. Stay away. They will keep,sending outrageous bills that are not stoppable. Scam company. Zero stars.

I ordered the 14 day sample. After the 14 days I had a bit more focus and recall. I will try it for another 30 days and see if my symptoms improve.

I ordered a trial bottle of Mindful Advantage on 9/18/2024 for $6.91 and later they billed my credit card on 10/09/2024 for $81.30 without sending any product. I have tracking number that shows no product shipped. I have tried for 3 months to get a refund to my credit card acct with absolutely no results. This company is a SCAM.

This ad popped up while I was looking for something else. It was very informative about how it will improve your mind and memory. They offer a 14-day trial for free pay shipping which is $5.99. The ad also said this would be a single purchase with no auto-ship. Well, they lied my card was charged $82.62. I called customer service to cancel the account with no problems, just many questions as to why I wanted to cancel. Overall the practice is deceiving just tell people up front that is a 14-day trial subscription-based purchase. Does it help? Well, I experienced no change in my mindful health memory, focus, or mental Sharpness. However, each person is different and you have to try it for yourself just beware and cancel before the 14-day trial is up.
