I submitted a formal complaint regarding repeated unfair actions taken against my 8 Ball Pool account.
I have always played fairly and have never used hacks, mods, coin transfers, exploits, third-party tools, or any method that violates the game rules.
Previously, my account balance of approximately 12 billion coins was reset to zero without justification. More recently, my wings were reset and my winnings are no longer being counted properly toward the leaderboard. Because of this, I have lost leaderboard rewards, club benefits, and prizes despite active gameplay.
This situation is extremely frustrating because I have invested significant time and effort into the game while following the rules fairly.
I requested
A full manual review of my account
Restoration of my lost coins and wings
Restoration of leaderboard eligibility and club benefits
Compensation for rewards lost due to these issues
I would appreciate a proper investigation by a real support agent instead of an automated response.

It's bull crap. Full of cheaters and bots that don't miss. Stay away from there.

All this game does is cheats it is rigged any scab shots , it should be all pockets called and when he's shoot the eight ball on the break, you won the game.They don't no , the rules of pool screw this game¡!!!!!!!

i really hope this company go down the pan , the most corrupt company on earth , they allow pakistan cheats to swarm 8 ball pool ripping customers off out of their hard earned money and do absolutely nothing about it , it’s all about what they earn in profit themselves , they have ruined one of the best games ever created because of their greed , horrible horrible company

I start to play this game over 10 years ago and i loved it to enjoy. But just now and also in the last time i got the feeling nearly everyone like to use robot programs. Without this program it’s nearly not possible to win a game. Finally you waste your time if open that app.

I paid a 100 dollars for my sticks and they are gone from my account wow just wow

After shooting my way to a million plus and honestly I'd say I played for a million and again I get either a cheat app or a computer! This makes the ones that want to play honest test my skills game of pool really pissed off! I would have figured you people would have done something to stop this crap by now but apparently you don't want to. That's why I've deleted your app and will never play again! Thanks for nothing!

The shittiest game ever...rigged with fixed games and lots of cheaters...and they dont care about a fair game just about money...dont play this shit game...waste of time...worst game ever

8 ball by Mini Clip is so corrupt.They are blatant cheaters.Its so obvious.The controller actually stopped my ability to shoot the 8 ball.Competitors don't have a chance.I have reported the cheaters.So obvious .They should be banned

Ich rate jeden von diesen kriminellen Spiel die Finger zu lassen und keinerlei Käufe zu tätigen ! Dort tummeln sich zu viele Spieler die sich mit Hilfe krimineller Programme deine Münzen stehlen und der Betreiber auch nach deiner Meldung nichts unternimmt, keine Rückmeldung und schon garkeine Münzerstattung ! So I play a lot of online games and I don’t spend millions of dollars but I spend enough. Anytime I ever had issues with a game dropping because of the Internet for whatever reason the game customer support people would just look into it because they have all those records and they would just give it back to me. So I spent my little money, got my little coins, joined one of the higher games with almost all my coins, and the Internet dropped in my whole neighborhood because AT&T is out there putting in fiber lines and I guess they dug and had cut one of the Spectrum lines. When I spend money digitally, it’s a treat for me because I don’t go anywhere. I don’t do anything, all my money goes to my kids, so that little money that I spent on my games, it takes a lot for me to do it because I don’t want to, but I feel like I spoil myself. I messaged them and they pretty much told me we don’t care about you at all. We aren’t responsible. That very well may be, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be decent and give me my coins back when you can go and look and see that I’m not lying. It’s literally digital coins. It’s not like you’re losing anything but I did. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever. Will I play your game again never ever will you get another dime for me and you probably would’ve gotten a lot more dimes for me because you’ve gotten plenty already.

Eigentlich ein tolles Spiel, wenn die ganzen Cheto und aimuser nicht wären. Und wirklich sehr schade, das die Chetos von Miniclip tolleriert werden.

I have been playing this game for years! All my free spins have been never over 2500, always 100, or 50. Plus they cheat so bad! Block your balls on purpose! Nothing is ever done to stop it. This is the worse game I’ve ever seen and would not recommend it to anyone

I've enjoyed Miniclip's 8 Ball Pool for several years. However, it has completely gone down the toilet...whilst I used to be able to get a game within seconds of logging on, the whole thing is now saturated with pop-ups, ads, promotions etc., meaning that I routinely have to go through anything up to around 30 (or more) taps, swipes and dismissals before even getting to a game! It's essentially now almost impossible to play, as there are just an unbelievable number of barriers to get through. I know they have to make money from sponsors/ads etc., but the sheer number of them nowadays has completely wrecked the whole experience. Where I used to play every day, I now have not played for several weeks. It's just too frustrating and time-wasting to go through the whole process to get started. I tried again today (12th April 2026), and there is no improvement; in fact, it seems even worse than ever! They're getting more and more sponsors, to try and make more money...but the way they must be losing playing customers, those advertisers are getting a smaller and smaller audience as time goes by! Yeah, that's a GREAT business strategy!

Terrible.Started ok many years ago but now so many robot players and players using hacks to win it's no longer fun you just get ripped off.Miniclip know this and don't do anything,when a player hits a ball which goes around table 6 time then hits their colour which comes off 3 other balls,off 3 cushions and goes in a pocket then it's time to avoid and save your money,mini clip don't deserve it.

I played in site around 8 years ago I thaugh to give it aago again so maybe it's improved but nothing changed at all everything is the same

Absolutely ruined.So many cheaters and bots.No attempt to stop them.If you wish to support that then keep spending money.Looking back at reviews 10+ years ago nothing but praise.Now it’s been ruined.

Most useless company ever, lost millions of pool coins in 8ball pool, TWICE, miniclip simply don't care....

Bei 8 Ball Pool gewinnt9 ständig der Gegner mit unmöglichen Stößen. Bei zufällig versenkte Kugeln wäre es ja ok, aber so wie diese Spieler gewinnen ist schon sehr sehr sehr unglaubwürdig ohne hack......
Hatte vorher viel Spaß an dem Spiel aber seit über 1 Woche kein faires Spiel mehr.
