Miniso feels overpriced for the quality you get. While the items may seem appealing at first, they often don’t hold up well, making the higher prices feel like a letdown given the poor durability.

I bought gifts on Black Friday at Westfield Topanga, CA. Nobody told me about the 7 day return AND MUST HAVE RECIEPT! My daughter didnt get the gift until a month later and the $27 light up Hello Kitty mirror didnt light up. I went to return it in Valencia Mall, CA. The people who work there are SO RUDE!! I asked to just exchange for one that works, she told me no. I asked her to look up my order so she can see it was Black Friday, she said she cant. I asked her to look up my account with Miniso, she said it shows nothing, She and her manager were beyond rude and unapologetic about it. She said ther is no number to call customer service and basically too bad for me. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MINISO AGAIN!!! WHAT A JOKE!

(Miniso UK) I ordered on the 14/12/24 and never received a confirmation email. Thought it was odd but gave them a few days as the money had bounced out my account. £19.99 doesn't seem a lot but is christmas after all. I let a week go by and with no tracking or email or sign of the parcel, I check my bank and see the money never came back but the company still haven't delivered. Instead, I email all nice, asking where my parcel is or if they could chase down as to why I was charged if the order never went through.

I still didn't hear back so on the 02/01/25 I sent an email along the lines of:
'I reached out recently about an order. I ordered the hello kitty felt tip pens and the hello kitty seat cushion of which neither of them have arrived, nor have i received a confirmation email or a reply to my previous email in two weeks.

I am just wondering if this could be chased up as I am £19.99 down and no products to show for. '

Then I proceeded to include all my details to be traced. I still haven't heard back and even though I could go to a store which is a good two hour drive away, I fear they won't be able to help either, nor do I wish to support a company that have ruined a gift. Do not order online and visit their stores if you do need to purchase. Also make sure you are set on the purchase as their phone isn't manned and emails seem to disappear.

It's actually so disappointing.

I bought a mickey earphones and it had problem. The staff face like shit. Use a very long time to solve my problem. Really wasting my time and money !!!

The Miniso at Lime Ridge Mall offers terrible service. My daughter purchased a small charger, and nowhere on the box did it indicate that a separate cord was required. The iPhone cord that comes with the phone does not fit the charger. When we tried to return the charger, the store manager tested multiple cords out of their drawers and the back room and eventually told us we needed to purchase a separate cord from their store.

We refused to spend additional money on a cord, but the manager still refused to process a return. As a result, we are out both the money we spent and the product we purchased.

The charger is useless without the specific cord that their store sells with one end of the plug fitting the charger- so I didn't even take it with me but left it at the counter.

Do not shop here. Their imported products are incompatible with North American charging standards, and their return policy is unreasonable.

I made a purchase of three water bottles with cinnamon roll, pompompurri and pochacco for my daughter for Xmas. I asked the lady at the register if I can return two of these if my daughter doesn’t like it. I was not certain which character she likes so I bought them all and I will return the other two that she doesn’t want. The lady said yes that I can return the items within 7 days as long as they’re not used. When I came back to return the pompompurri and pochacco, I was told I can’t return anything that was given a discount or members points. Ha! What a joke. Apparently they cannot give you credit or refund if you purchased anything during their $5 off for spending $40 or more. Such a scam. Don’t buy anything here unless you are sure you don’t want to return. Also, their EarPods are defective but you can’t exchange them if they’re over 7 days.

Worst customer service. Worst shop. Never going again

When I was checking out, asked if the green stuff animal is a dragon. Because wanted to buy a stuff dragon for my granddaughter who was born in dragon year. The front desk lady said it is. But after she scanned, the screen showed it is a dinosaur. Then she offered if I signed up for the membership, she can give me $5.00 off plus $1.00 discount. I agreed to sign up based on her offer. After I gave her my phone number and email address, she could not give me the $6.00 off. But I already was signed up by her. I insisted she should do the right thing. Then she left. I requested talking to the store manager about this sign up discount issue. Another employee told me the employee who just signed up me is the store manager! They can not do anything about the issue. I asked them to delete my account. The second employee said she can’t. Final words : The full Video , if available at the store located in Westfield Valley Fair , Santa Clara, CA should prove my case.

I purchased the Miniso Q66 earbuds last month, and they performed well initially. However, recently the right earbud's volume significantly decreased, and now the left earbud is unable to charge. Despite the product never being exposed to moisture or being dropped, these issues have arisen. As a result, I am extremely disappointed and will not consider buying Miniso products in the future.

Staff or cashier was an absolute liar. She was an Indian chubby short lady, that was gaslighting my family. It starts when me and my sister were visiting the shop when I was testing out the function of a pen, when the lady saw this she said the we would have to pay if we used it. Understanding the matter I put the pen back and walked out of the store, but my sister still wanted to explore the store, the lady stopped my sister and demanded her pay for the pen for me using it while threatening her with calling the police. If not for a Chinese polite man stopping her, my sis would not have got out of the store without paying. We then told this matter to our parents to confront the lady to prevent her behaviour from affecting others. When we confronted she gaslighted us by saying she said if we spoiled by the pen I would have to pay, but she clearly said the if u used it u had to play the first time. She also said the I had recently visited the store a few months ago and spoiled something, when I said that that day was the first time I communicated with her, she changed to the topic to saying that she told my friend instead clearly trying to proof us wrong. When my sister asked why she never said that “l” have a record of spoiling the stores things when she stopped her from exiting the store. She changed the topic about her salary and how long she worked at the store, showing that she clearly made this story up to gaslight me and my family. This staff is an absolute liar and gaslighter, do not visit this store to prevent any problem for u and ur family.

Wanted to buy a girls surprise box for my sister for Christmas and the box broke from the bottom right after I left the mall.

I have bought stuff here at the Hillcrest mall Richmond Hill store before as well. The stuff looks nice. When you pay at the cashier they always charge you more. Happened to me twice. This time I went purposely and checked carefully the prices that scanned. $3.99 was charged as $5.99 and $4.99 was charged as $6.99.
They always ask if you need the receipt? That's a trick.
They also say no returns. I got it refunded as I took the cashier to the place I got it from. I will not visit these stores again

Brought my daughter a medium enclosed bag thinking it was the snoopy bags as per the sign on the table we went to get something to eat she opened the bag to find snoopy not in the bag and that the bag was for a boy went to take it back to exchange but told as bag open we have policy of not exchanging which is a joke as nothing said so left the bag in the Bluewater miniso shop very bag and thanks for upsetting my daughter

This store is a MESS! Daniel the manager at that store is EXTREMELY disrespectful to all his employees and customers. He says that he just wants all the customers to spend all their money buying that cheap stupid stuff because everyone is rich in Greenwood and dumb enough to buy it. He almost fought a customer because their CHILD dropped an item and security got called. When security was called he hid behind the merchandise and made the pregnant employee deal with it. The pregnant associate had to stop the general manager from fighting a customer. He says it’s because he’s gay that’s why he’s rude. That guy isn’t mentally stable and I would NOT take your children there. I worked there as a shift lead for 3 days and today he got in my face because I told him I didn’t appreciate him being disrespectful to me. He says that it’s his store and no one can do anything because the owners are Chinese and no one can get ahold of them so no one can touch him. I’ve managed many retail stores and this guy is WEIRD and I wouldn’t have your children around him. I’ve never been treated so poorly before. I know if they try and hold my check then I already have a lawyer that will sue that company and I’m already prepared because this guy is that petty. Also, this is petty but his breathe is so smelly and nasty you can’t even stand within 5 feet of him because it’s so bad. I’ve never smelled anything so bad. He sleeps in his car in the parking lot. He’s just seriously weird.

I went to the Miniso store in a mall in Pembroke Lakes today. While leaving, I was accused of doing something I didn't do, all while the manager refused to show us any proof. It was terrible, humiliating, and shameful. AWFUL STORE, DON'T GO
