Did not fulfil the order properly
Placed an online order with them - ordered 3 items (one of them costing £20). Order came without the £20 item. Tried to message the support team at miniso and also called them up but no answer. If i submit an enquiry through their website, this currently fails as well. This is poor customer service and I now can't help it's not a coincidence that the most expensive item i ordered was not sent to me.

Ho acquistato per mio figlio un robot Transformer giocattolo. Tornati a casa abbiamo notato che non vi era alcun manuale di istruzioni per far diventare il robot autovettura e viceversa. Vi era altresì un QR code che avrebbe dovuto rinviare ad una pagina internet con il manuale. La predetta pagina era inesistente. Abbiamo tentato di capire il meccanismo ma le gambe si staccavano continuamente dal corpo del Robot. Il giunto che le teneva attaccate era talmente delicato e sottile che si rompeva ad uno dei primi tentativi di reincastro della gamba. Pertanto prodotto di scarsa qualità ed assenza del manuale di istruzioni. Ho scritto una mail al servizio clienti della miniso Segnalando l'accaduto e chiedendo gentilmente il cambio del Prodotto. Non mi Ú mai arrivata mai nessuna risposta. Delusione totale..

Bad customer service
Went to the store thatâs located in Irving Park Plaza in Norridge, Illinois. The so-called manager was very rude and didnât understand that I did not get my discount on my receipt. You buy $40 worth of merchandise and you get $5.00 off. I did that, but my receipt did not show it. I questioned her and showed her the receipt. She said on her register showed that I got my five dollars off, on my receipt it showed no discount of five dollars. I proceeded to add up on my Calculator everything I bought it totaled $44.96. from there five dollars shouldâve been taken off, and the total wouldâve been $39.96 then you add the tax. But on the receipt, I was charged, $50.10. No, five dollar discount . They are ripping people off if they do not check the receipts before they leave the store!
Hi asked her again to fix the problem. She said no she couldnât do anything about it, So I returned everything. Then she would not give me a copy of the return receipt. She said that they keep the copy and do not give it to the customer. I will never go there again and hopefully no one else will.

The workers are always so helpful and kind, every time I go to Miniso everyoneâs always so friendly. I buy a lot of my friendâs birthday gifts there as well and they love the products! Would definitely recommend.

Whilst in the shop they were advertising an item they didn't sell so I asked why and one of their assistants who wasn't part of the conversation gave me a torrent of abuse.
Secondly, when we got home, 1 item didn't work and another was just an empty box and surprise surprise no receipt was provided. Shame on you miniso Ballymena.
Definitely won't return to that shop.
Assistive Polite Staff
Visited my local Miniso and was surprised at how assistive, friendly and welcoming the staff were. They went above and beyond with finding the right-sized item, searching through the back inventory. I also happened to snatch the last âyummyâ series plush on the shelf that Iâve been eyeing. Itâs so SOFT.
Happy with my purchases. 5/5 for customer service, affordability and stock availability. Highly recommend going in store.

First off, if I am able to give a zero rating I would.
I was at miniso in Oshawa center, my kids saw 3 smiley face stuffy priced at $3.99 and showed is was $14.99 when the employee scanned it. She advised that miniso does not do corrections or price adjustments. I was disappointed to know that they wouldn't honor the price, even though there was a sign that Cleary stated they were for $3.99. I work in media and this is unacceptable. I have my four kids with me and wanted to get 3 of them. I spoke with Marco who is the manager of the store and said he would only offer me one free plush. If all three of my children wanted one how is that fair. I don't think that Marco or the employees even tried to resolve this issue or even offer anything to ensure my satisfaction.

Miniso Online (USA) seems to be poorly managed and maintained, leading to unfulfilled orders and lack of communication. I placed an order on the website because their social media advertised some good sales. The website states orders are filled between 2-3 business days, which isn't necessarily a guarantee, but you'd assume a company would contact their customers if there were delays. I waited a week (in business days) to email them and ask the status, as it still hadn't been fulfilled. I received a generic response from customer care, stating they were upgrading the warehouse and they'd "arrange the order in 2-5 days". It's now been nearly a month since I placed the order and I've had to open a Paypal dispute, as I've not heard from them again or received my order. If they are truly upgrading the warehouse, perhaps put a notice on the homepage to let customers know that there would be heavy delays. I don't think they are actively trying to scam anyone, as it is a legitimate company with stores across the globe, but I do think they have poor customer service and inventory management. This doesn't appear to be a new problem, reviews across the web for Miniso Online in other locations, take months to receive refunds or partial orders, as items weren't actually in stock. It's very disappointing, as I like the retail stores and the products they carry. I would avoid shopping with them online, at least until they can be trusted.

Order supposed to have arrived but the delivery company keep saying they're trying to collect but the store isn't handing it over.
So either the store is absoloutely poor at knowing their job, or the courier (EVRI/HERMES) is. The store picks the courier so that does fill me with confidence.
Useless. 1st and last order and really wouldn't recommend. Customer service non existent too. So now I don't have the money I don't have the order and the courier hasn't even picked anything up because the store won't give it to them.
