“I had a terrible experience with this seller. Their customer service is extremely slow, taking 3 to 5 days to respond to inquiries, which is incredibly frustrating when dealing with urgent issues. On top of that, they charge for return shipping even if the product they sent is defective. This policy is unacceptable and unfair to customers who receive faulty items through no fault of their own. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.”

Why not use better packaging for your VERY expensive caps or maybe throw a fragile sticker on or something as this is not the first time I have received a cap where the box is totally smashed.

I can't lie, I was very sceptical about placing an order on mitchellandness.co.uk having seen the Trustpilot reviews, especially for an £80 hoodie. However, I couldn't find the item anywhere else, so I bit the bullet and went for it (made payment through Paypal just incase). The item was despatched within 24 hours and came the following day. Unfortunately the hoodie didn't fit how I would have liked it to, so I sent it back for a refund. Within a week the item had been returned and a refund was swiftly issued to me. To sum it up, although I didn't keep the item in the end, the whole process was what you would expect from a modern company. No problems and would order through this site again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from company. No respect, no decorum. Sent items for refund. I provided a tracking id from royal mail. Item was signed for. Never received my £60 refund. Never have I ever came across something like this before.

Grave probleme de livraison ! J’ai payer 25$ de transport Et sa pris 1 mois recevoir mon colis . Et sur un chandail a 100$ on mas charger 64,98 de frais de douane ! De philadelphie à Lévis ! Quebec . Il envoie le colis par voie terrestre pour 25 $$ un chandail de 1 livres .impensable .

Seen loads of poor reviews for M&N so had to make sure I left a positive, because that was my experience. There was a slight shipping delay due to the Christmas-New Year period, but after that it was shipped within 2 days and had prompt delivery with tracking. My jersey is impeccable quality, love it. I *would* reccomend Mitchell and Ness (though I have been told their Customer service leaves something to be desired i didn't have much trouble aside from having to wait a little while for a reply)

Ne jamais commander chez eux, colis jamais reçus, renvoyé à l'expéditeur, aucune réponse du service client, nous n'avons jamais vu la couleur ni du colis ni du remboursement !
Un conseil : Ne commandez jamais là bas !

This ecommerce website is a shame: I've bought for 307,38€ of clothes with a special father's day 30% off voucher, but my order was cancelled because of an out of stock item due to a technical issue on the cart. The so-called "customer care" issued a refund but in pounds currency whereas I paid in euros, resulting in a 14,39€ loss on my side without any compensation. I've tried to find a fair solution so I could replace the missing jersey by another one that is available at the same price, or if they could issue a new 30% voucher so I could renew my order, but they keep ignoring my proposals and just throw blatant disrespect to me. I've bought like 30 jerseys and shorts of this brand on several different shops in the past and this is how their official website behave with returning customers... I would never recommend to buy M&N again !

Ce site marchand est une honte: j'ai passé commande pour 307,38€ de vêtements avec un bon d'achat de 30% pour la fête des pères et ma commande a été annulée sous prétexte qu'un des articles n'était plus disponible. Le soi-disant "service client" me rembourse sur Paypal la somme en livres sterling correspondant à 292,99€ avec un taux de change qui m'est défavorable. Résultat des courses: je ne reçois pas mes articles à cause d'un problème technique de leur site et je me fais voler de 14,39€. Après de multiples relances, ils ne daignent pas répondre à mes questions et tentatives de conciliation et se bornent à me dire qu'ils m'ont remboursé en intégralité, ce qui est totalement faux de mon point de vue. La moindre des choses aurait été que je puisse remplacer l'article par un autre article équivalent du même prix, ou bien d'éditer un nouveau bon d'achat de 30% afin que je puisse passer une nouvelle commande, mais ils préfèrent ignorer mes propositions et me prennent pour un imbécile. Signalez ce site aux associations de consommateurs!
