Poor Quality Control and Lack of Resolution

We have been purchasing from this company for over 8 years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I have now received replacements three times, and each time the tablecloths arrived dirty and faulty.
Despite raising the issue multiple times, it has not been properly resolved. Unfortunately, Stephen Lewis, who has been handling this, has not taken the matter seriously.

I have now requested a full refund. Very frustrating experience.

As a Mitre customer, you should rightly expect a consistently high standard of product quality and service. It’s clear that, despite multiple replacement attempts, this situation has been extremely frustrating, and I sincerely apologise that we were unable to provide a first-time resolution.

I would like to clarify that Stephen did take your issue seriously and escalated the issue on your behalf and requested additional quality checks to be carried out in an effort to prevent further problems. Unfortunately, it is evident that these steps did not deliver the outcome we had hoped for, and for that we are genuinely sorry.

We truly regret that this experience has fallen short of both your expectations and our own standards. Please be assured that your feedback is being taken seriously and reviewed internally to help prevent similar issues in the future.

The products are like what it is online


The products are like what it is online packaged safely to prevent damages.
Most orders came apart from one with no email or message to say it will be delivered for another date, still waiting.
Would be great if courier followed instructions not to leave packages on front doors and should take it at the back door to prevent theft.

Excellent customer service

Excellent service, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, they went the extra mile to accommodate me, as I have allergies. The goods were well packaged, and arrived swiftly, in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy from Mitre Linen again.
