I had experienced your whilst staying in Scotland so ordered some pillows & now enjoy comfort at home.

The fitted sheet I bought for my husband's health care bed fitted the mattress perfectly. No more struggling to get a flat sheet folded under the mattress.

Excellent service delivery quick

The staff are always helpful and polite and the products are good value for money and of a good quality .

Absolutely shocking customer service. They falsely advertise that order by midday and get next day delivery. This isn’t the case.as I was placing an order at 11:30am, it said on the order before paying delivery would be between 8am and 6pm today (the next day) so I purchased it. This morning I received a notification that the delivery had been scheduled… they had not picked and packaged until today meaning delivery would not be until tomorrow. Their response was shocking, no accountability all they can say is next day delivery is not guaranteed… it certainly isn’t when you don’t bother to send the order because it’s still on your shelves the next day. False advertising.

Ordered their down pillows, received two pillows that smelled repulsive. Washed according to instructions, and advice received online for washing + drying down pillows, they still smell repulsive. Total waste of my time and money.
