Very high quality product and the perfect colour shade for our requirements.

Great quality towels at a great price. Website great and delivery as stated, so all round excellent.

DPD dropped the correctly addressed parcel outside a random house ( not any of my immediate neighbours) and apparently sped off before they could react. The DPD website informed me that the parcel had been delivered and showed a photo of it outside an unknown door.
The honest occupants delivered the parcel to me by car.
As a returning Mitre customer, I am disappointed to have been charged £7 (plus a box of Quality Street for the good Samaritans) for such a second rate service.

Easy website, quick delivery and product as expected

The staff at mitre are very helpful.The quality of the curtains are excellent and come ready to hang .Waiting time good .Had a bit of a hiccup with delivery as left at the factory down the road but mitre sorted very quickly so all good .They provide a great service and product and would highly recommend .

The bed sheets, feel good quality, so hopefully they are. The delivery service was quick.

I had a stay in an hotel which had a Heritage by Mitre Duchy mattress topper and had the best sleep I have had in a long time.
So on returning home I ordered a mattress topper,which was delivered within two days. Very impressive service.

The pillows and topper are great quality and value for money however I have to leave a low review as when unboxing my items i was disgusted to find my pillows were covered in loose strands of hair.
I don't know whether this is an indication that someone else has used these pillows or if they are from someone in the warehouse but it made me incredibly uncomfortable especially when its something like a pillow that is difficult to thoroughly clean.

We always buy from mitre for our holiday let linen and towels. Good quality hard wearing linen that lasts and washes well. Savoy and Henley ranges are our preferred options.

I have spent a fortune over the years on pillows. Found the name of Mitre Linen from owner of a hotel as the pillows and bed so comfortable. Ordered as soon as we came home and have slept so much better. Quality is very good and delivery service was faultless. Best money I have ever spent
