Excellent customer service

Ordered a Blue Jays T-shirt which arrived completely unfolded, crushed and not what I expected, however I must say that Adrianna from customer services contacted me, apologised and issued a refund. I appreciated the ease of correspondence and how quickly this matter was resolved.
