Francine was consistent with calling me


Francine was consistent with calling me back when we were playing “phone tag”. So when I decided I DID need an “alert”, of course I called her. She explained my options and did not drag it out with pressure to sign. I did, of course, but I was able to casually decide the plan I wanted.

Both service techs I talked to were efficient and courteous even with a problem on my Visa account. Helped me get it solved and my help button in its way. A-1 service.

I honestly feel so safe with this life


I honestly feel so safe with this life alert on.
I can finally go walking without having to worry about bringing somebody with me. Or I can finally go outside. And I don't need to worry about any emergencies happening by being by myself.
I will admit when I first got it. I totally forgot. I had it on and I wasn't used to it. So I was setting it off a lot. But it does take some time to get used to. It is very easy and accessible to use

Rick did a great job selling this service. At no time did I feel pressured but the options he offered made it hard to say no!
