Finding out about Mobile Help was easy


Finding out about Mobile Help was easy and the process of ordering went smoothly. I'm still learning why my light flashes and whether it is because I may have fallen or a battery issue. I hope Soon I will have it figured out.

Don’t skip this company. Five stars all the way through!

Caden was a no pressure, friendly and professional salesperson. We felt comfortable making our decision literally right after our first contact. Your company is fortunate to have him!!!
Side note, we had to call back and got a different salesman that encouraged Caden to benefit from the final sale. Now that is unheard of these days, so kudos to him also!!
Will highly recommend your company!!!

Very happy customer

I worked with Scott when ordering my equipment. Scott was very kind and nice, he explained everything about the system and how it worked. He was so patient with me when I would ask questions. Scott made my experience with ordering a pleasure .

Michael Schatzberg was awesome!

Michael Schatzberg was super pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about this product. He listened to my questions and answered them directly and accurately.
He assisted me in finding the best product for my mother. His focus on customer service was much appreciated.

Good explanation from Samuel 


Samuel explained the different devices and then emailed the information. I was able to share that with family members so we could decide which device was best suited to our family member.
