I had it for a few months. My account had no problems and I was an active member... UNTIL I went to redeem a gift card for the first time. They immediately locked my account during checkout and I emailed them asking about it and they said I suddenly "don't fill the necessary participation requirements"... This company scams you and steals your personal information with a promise of gift cards with no return. Stay away.

BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY! They may be a scam. I believe they steal your info and see what you do and then lock you out. They will advise that there are some discrepancies as to why. See all the negative reviews (majority of them) on trust pilot and all the complaints on the BBB. Not worth it. Stay away and save yourself the grief and the possibility of your info being stolen since they track you. Terrible business model and they have been exposed. Customer support validated my suspicion.

Same as many others. Used the app for a long time no issues. Then suddenly can't claim reward and account locked. With what seems to be their same generic reply

I have had mobilexpression for well over a year and I love it. It tracks pretty well and I have been paid out numerous times without fail. While it obviously isn't going to make you rich, it's an easy way to get some gift cards every couple months without lifting a finger. Any time I have had questions customer support is quick to email me back. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

Ho istallato quest app più di due mesi fa ,io questi trecento punti a settimana non li vedo proprio ..ho chiesto più volte in assistenza ma il risultato non cambia ..se non riscatto neanche questa settimana disinstallo .

They are scam guys.... They will ask for permission and watch over your activities for whole time and when the time comes for requesting a payout they lock your account and say your device or account is incompatible.

Pessimi e non seri ,prima fanno i comodi loro, poi al momento del pagamento dicono che non sei idoneo e bloccano account ,allora se non sono idoneo perché mi mandate un buono da 5 euro ,per poi dirmi che non me lo date ?

same issue as several others, accrued credits and then had account locked. Seems to be nothing but a acam

Very happy with this one! Signed up on march 4th (2weeks ago) & already cashed out… about 3 days later I received my payment via email yesterday(19th which was on a Sunday/weekend which is awesome… I’m used to others making me wait till a monday) clicked link and instantly sent to my PayPal. Super simple process except I almost didn’t open the email to begin with... It was labeled in a way that read like spam emails & those are so rampant right now I never click on anything spammy but I was expecting a payout so I knew I needed to check it so if your expecting a payout from them just look at all your emails just incase. Compare the numbers in email with numbers they give u on ur account on their website to be sure and you’ll be fine:) That’s honestly the only issue I found if that can even be considered one lol customer service responds quick & are helpful and friendly which is nice these days. I learned that sometimes if it says inactive just redownloading mobile expression on ur device all over again fixes it & it can take a little while to show active again. Only takes about 2 mins to do that & it’s easy. This way I Make sure I am active & able to claim my coins weekly. Just make sure you all keep a check on your account status 1 or 2 times a week & you should be good. Easy money!!!

Slowed down my mobile device. Cannot delete the programs I downloaded from them… don’t pay in cash only gift cards? Don’t bother. Sketchy doesn’t begin to describe my experience. 0/5

Had this software for years without issue. Recently accrued 20 credits after a 20wks block and went to redeem them. They locked my account, just as others say here and said I didn't meet the necessary standards- how did I accrue credits then??? 20wks of my data for free. I will take this further if it is not rectified as this is beginning to look like a scam to get peoples data for free.

Signed up 2 weeks ago. Claimed the £10 amazon voucher. Already have it avaliable in my amazon account. Amazing.

Pagamenti in buoni regalo in massimo 48 ore dalla richiesta,lo utilizzo da anni,non da fastidio al funzionamento del cellulare,non invia pubblicità molesta,non ti fa scaricare altre applicazioni per punti,non ti chiede di fare sondaggi,perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista della privacy,l'importante è ricordarsi di accedere ogni giorno per il log in così da attivare App.Societa seria ed affidabile,consiglio veramente sia appunto per la serietà nel dare i premi,e sia per assenza di spam,e per non bloccare il cellulare con inutili applicazioni da parte di terzi,e per la privacy sui dati personali.Assistenza clienti professionale,seria ed educata.Consiglio questa applicazione da me usata da anni per le motivazioni da me precedentemente elecate! I have used this app for many years without a hitch. When I got to my 10 credits at the end of January I ordered a £10 giftcard in the same way I always have. The order says fulfilled but I have not received the email (I have checked junk and spam folders). I have filled in the help request option on both the app and website numerous times since 6th February and not received a reply. I even sent an alternative email address in case this was the problem. I assume that they are either ignoring help requests or have ceased to exist in which case they should let customers know so that they can delete the app from their phone, which I intend to do if I don't get a reply soon.

I just got to 35 credit and when I tried to redeem I had negative 25 and I have just a 5 credit I will make sure I let everyone know it's a scammed family and friends your site should be banned

Finchè non si cerca di ritirare un premio si ricevono messaggi sui punti accumulati, quando si va all'incasso l'account viene bloccato. Alla richiesta di sblocco e di spiegazioni scrivono che "non hai soddisfatto i requisiti di partecipazione necessari per qualificarti per l'incentivo". Non è chiaro quali siano questi requisiti, stranamente si accorgono che c'è qualcosa che non va solamente al momento dell'erogazione del premio, non quando per 2 0 3 mesi la VPN monitora il tuo traffico. E' palesemente una truffa!

Mobilexpression use to send gift cards and paypal vouchers without a problem when I have the credits needed then recently my account was locked soon as I was redeeming a 10$ paypal voucher. I have the vpn on 24/7 and yet this is what they sent me on their "support" email.

The app didn’t even let me use my cell phone I couldn’t view certain sites, it disconnected my access to wifi, and about 2 years to collect point. I don’t think selling information and privacy is worth 10 dollars of Amazon gift cards.

I think from now on if a company is asking to get even more data on me, I’ll politely decline. They can buy from data brokers instead.

Well, just like most others, I got burned. They take your information, then when you try to cash out, they lock your account for "not meeting their standards". What a load of BS. I painstakingly followed their directions and used my mobile for a solid week to 2 weeks. Then I get an email telling me I got enough points for an Amazon card. I go to collect it, and my account is locked. I complained and they're still sticking by the decision to lock me out. Once bitten, twice shy. Never again!
