All in all a positive experience.
The sales team were great and talked me through my options. Setting up delivery was a bit slow and I had to chase them up, I felt like they had my money and I was suddenly less important to them. Also there was no update on times etc closer to the delivery date and no confirmation on the day.
However, Andy arrived quite late in the day and was wonderful. He talked me through everything, he was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was confident before sorting the paperwork and leaving some time later. I felt that no question was daft and he took time to make sure I was happy.
So Green Power redeemed themselves.
The scooter itself looks amazing and such great value for money. I can't wait to get out and about and get my independence and freedom back!

Battery conversion
