I would like say thank you to Mobility Soultions in Glasgow for their amazing service from coming into store big thank you James for his amazing service in helping me find new wheelchair took few different tries and views to get correct one for my needs in end was green quickie 200R great wheelchair so far loving it service from start to delivery was perfect James delivered at short notice completed all required tweaks and changes needed did have two wee issue after left where footplate too near wheel kept catching nothing was too hard wee quick call to discuss this advised tilt chair back slightly till could get back down sort out. Overall I am soo pleased this will make my independence alot better than having NHS one always breaks down.

Fantastic team!!!! So helpful, sorted out my mums wheelchair ♿️ in 30 minutes. This means the world to us as it provides her with better quality of life and makes her happy getting out and about. Can't thank Mobility Solutions enough.

Any time I have reported ANY. problem with my scooter( which is quite often) Joanne and lesley Ann have been BRILLIANT!!! always deal with me with with a smile and their best usual speedy repairs, Alan is always helpful too nothing seems to faze him? I encountered a problem, for my wheelchair, which was not purchased from them, but was brand which they represent. They went over and above to provide me with a replacement part!

Mary and Will in sales were a pleasure to deal with
But warranty dept useless and in denial
Could not remove seat after following instructions so called Mobility Solutions for remedy
Lady asked why I wanted to remove seat?
To remove batteries when they're kaput
She then demanded a £40 call out fee... for a warranty claim??!!
Told her she's not on, and after much to and fro call out fee was dropped. Engineer visiting on Wed 21, no call out fee will be paid then either.
Well, she nearly had me for 40 bangers, what a performance from a "caring company" More like "Cripple The Cripples Financially"
First and last time dealing with them.

Great company to deal with.
They were recommended by the family of another care home resident, which allowed us the luxury of evaluating the wheelchair we ended up buying without a salesman present initially. The product was obviously high quality so we contacted Mobility Solutions to arrange a fitting, sales advisor visit. All very helpful and we are very pleased with our purchase.

We needed a wheelchair and had no idea about any of the features , luckily for us Andrea at mobility solutions glasgow was on hand to guide us to the one that best suited our needs.

Mobility Solutions delivered an above 5 star service in the customer service in relation to our purchase of a Quickie300M electric wheelchair. Staff display a high quality solutions focused approach when listening attentively to disabled customers’ requirements and went the ‘extra mile’ to address all issues and deliver effectively. Staff were approachable, friendly and professional. What a joy to do business with Mobility Solutions! A highly recommended company to all people with disabilities.

My brother lost the key for his mobility scooter which we had purchased from Mobility Solutions. I contacted James and he was able to provide and deliver a replacement key within hours. Great service and very helpful staff. Highly recommend. Bill C.

Brilliant customer support and service. I tried contacting my mobility scooter parent company in Holland with no results. I contacted Joanna Gordon here. She helped me find the part I needed, ordered it for me, and it arrived a few days later. I wish all businesses were as good at customer service as Joanna and Mobility Solutions Glasgow. If you need anything for your mobility solutions this is the place. Fast and courteous. Just brilliant. Well done young lady.

I bought a walker from them earlier this year. Although the walker was more expensive than that from a competitor I chose to buy from a local supplier and because their sales agent was very knowledgeable. The walker was delivered as promised by their sales agent who provided a full demo of how it worked. I will be buying from them again. Very professional.

The walker arrived when promised and since has been invaluable. We were very happy that we had been to Cosford to see what was available. My wife is very happy that we chose carbon fibre as it is much easier to lift it into the car.

Service is terrible. We were supposed to be called backed later on two occasions and still waiting. They have a monopoly in Glasgow for certain mobility aids and they use that to their advantage. Find this quite unacceptable they are dealing with people who are vulnerable and wished they didn’t have to use mobility aids. Please have compassion when you are making money from those less fortunate
