If you are referring to order 670293, we have checked the tracking details and it shows the following update: “The company or receiver name is incorrect. This will delay delivery. We’re attempting to update this information. The package will be returned to the sender.”

Our support team has been trying to reach you to confirm the correct delivery details so we can resolve this with the carrier as quickly as possible. We will continue reaching out, but please note that the shipment was sent to the exact address and recipient information provided at checkout.

Upon checking, your order was placed on November 24, 2025. For the Rivo Door Stop, our website states a shipping time of 9–14 days, and as outlined in our Shipping Policy, all orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping can also move a bit slower during holidays and Black Friday due to global carrier delays.

Your order is currently in transit and is now in Germany, making its way to the UK. Please also note that MOD LIGHTING operates warehouses in both the USA and Asia, and we are in the process of opening our UK warehouse to provide faster and smoother service for our European customers.

No worries — one of our Senior Support Specialists will personally reach out to you to help resolve this issue and make sure you’re fully taken care of.
