Moda Minx レビュー

Unreliable seller, ordered a bikinni for a holiday almost 2 weeks ago. It never arrived so I chased this up as I have a few days to go until my holiday. Modaminx responded saying they cant locate my order but theyve refunded me I asked for the tracking information twice and now for my refund information. Ive received neither there seems to be an element of dishonesty as to whether my item was ever dispatched and where my refund is.

Honestly the worst company!!!! I placed an order 4 weeks ago and I am STILL chasing missing items. The customer service is non existent, nobody responds!! The instagram chat is also absolutely useless as they say they’re a different team to the customer service team and can’t help!! How on earth is it acceptable to wait 4 weeks for a refund for missing items!?! Disgusting!! Do not order from here.

MODA MINX — IT’S SO MUCH MORE THAN THE CLOTHES ❤️✨

I’ve been buying Moda Minx for years, and honestly, when it comes to style, quality AND price, I genuinely don’t think there’s anyone better in the game. The bikinis, outfits and co-ords are 🔥 — flattering, different, beautifully made and somehow always manage to give that expensive/luxury look without the luxury price tag.

But the BEST thing about Moda Minx isn’t even the clothes… it’s the girls and the community that has grown around the TikTok lives. ❤️

A massive shoutout to Chloe, Bex & Flo — the girls who sell the Moda magic and somehow make every live feel like you’re shopping with your mates! 🛍️😂

Mumma Sue deserves a special mention because she is ALWAYS finding the most amazing things. If Sue says it’s good… you know it’s going in the basket! 😂❤️

Jade — honestly, does EVERYTHING! The behind-the-scenes graft, sorting things out and keeping the Moda machine moving. Absolute star. ⭐️

Izzy — the one making sure we actually get what we’ve paid for and keeping everyone in check… AND somehow finding time to serenade us too! 😂🎤❤️

And then there’s Brooke & Dan — the brains behind the magic. The designs, the collections, the ideas and the sheer amount of creativity that goes into giving us something new to obsess over every time. ✨

You can buy a bikini anywhere.

But Moda Minx gives you the outfit, the confidence, the laughs, the friendships and a community you actually want to be part of. ❤️

That’s why I keep coming back.

Moda Minx isn’t just a brand anymore — it’s a whole bloody vibe. 🥂🔥

Tried numerous times to contact their customer service regarding my refund of an order and have been ignored.
I’ve also asked to escalate to a complaint, which they have ignored. Contacted them on social media to be told to email them again as that is their only form of communication. Absolutely hopeless

Really shocking experience. I ordered several items from this brand and unfortunately was unable to return them in the returns window due to a serious accident I was involved in. I emailed them several times and they haven’t even acknowledged any of my correspondence! They do not care at all about their customers and would rather ignore and keep the money rather than sympathise with what was a really traumatic experience for me. I will not be ordering from them again.

I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star - awful company - make it impossible to refund an item and when you try contacting the customer support you will just get ignored

💖💖💖💖💖 love moda minx

Made an order in June wore an outfit out and broke after having on for a few hours, have complained regarding this via email, chased up mulitple times, filled in contact forms, sent DM's on social media, commented on tiktok lives and no reply for 2 months... poor quality expensive items and non-exsistent customer service. WIll not be using again.
