It is not an incomplete one but an old edition. If you have issues with something you should contact us and follow the correct way to send things back within 14 days and give us the possibility to solve things. not just leave a review

Caverne d'Ali Baba

Je trouve parfois sur ce site des petits trésors dans la rubrique "old".Cette fois c'est un nez pour un BAC Canberra T 19 et un avant de Spitfire "moteur Griffon" qui va me permettre de transformer un Spit Mk VIII Frog (acheté aussi sur le site) en Spitfire Mk XII qui, je crois n'existe pas tel que au 1/72

Missende en beschadigde onderdelen.

Geen omschrijving van gebreken en missende onderdelen. " Is te veel werk om dit allemaal te doen" is de reactie. "Kan je verwachten bij 2e hands kit". Ook zo'n geweldige dooddoener. Mag retour, dat is de enige reden van de 2e ster. Maar verzendkosten ben je wel kwijt. Dus kost mij 7 euro omdat de verkoper niet beschrijft wat hij verkoopt. Erg jammer en dus geen aanrader......
De kit was volledig gecheckt.Hoe kan het dan dat er gun-barrels van een B-17 in een doos van een F4 Corsair zitten?
Deze meneer doet alsof ik zeur over kleinigheden. Check gewoon de kits en beschrijf correct wat je verkoopt.

We do not pretend you nagging. But mistakes can happen when you have to check 500 kits in a lot. We tried to explain how we work and we offered a full refund. But where in other rare cases (see our reviews) every other customer is very happy with such solutions nothing could content you, so we are unable to solve this issue for you. Changing from 2 star to 1 star because you still do not hear what you wwant to hear will not change anything. We will never refund items without receiving them back first. This to be able where we overlooked and to better our proces but also to counter fraudulent claims.

Iniyial response

We would like to inform our clients correctly. The client ordered an expensive item from our shop and sent us a rather "stingy" email claiming he was not happy because it was not new and wanted "something done" and suggesting a refund. We replied that he could have seen it with th "M" behind the reference as well as the "old" on top right in the item. He said this info was hard to find en the "error" was ours....

Then he claimed parts where missing and thus we did not check the kit. We told him we did and asked what was wrong and got 3 things back:

1) "the instruction sheets have remarks from the previous owner" where we indeed eplied this can be expected in second hand kits but will not be mentioned since instructions are present.

2) "The stand is missing" wich i do not contest but we tried to explain that this almost every time the case in old kits and thus not specificaly mentioned

3) there was a sprue with parts from other model in the box

He again asked a refund and we told 3 times we would refund the kit completely when it was shipped back, including the shipping to us but even then the client was not content because he "lost" his initial shipping cost in this case.

Little detail is that the orde had multiple items and we would refund the initial shipping also when ALL items are sent back. But he only wanted the one kit "solved" so we follow European instructions about this claiming not to refund partial refusals.

Nevertheless he calls all these replies and solutions "dooddoener" an thus not viable reasons claiming we are not to be trusted.

We value all opinions and try to help with issues and solve them but we regret that in this case all our options where denied and we could not solve it in the end.

Great and honest service

I recently ordered four items at Modelers-heaven.be, but two of them were no longer available. The amount of these items was correctly refunded.
Generally speaking, I like buying products from modelers-heaven because they have a wide range of modelling kits that you don't find everywhere, such as older kits, kits from lesser-known manufacturers, etc.

All well

The packet arrived (as it should) and in a good condition (as it shoud). On the Modelers heaven everything ok.

Post Nord's system was slower and I don't know what happens there. I changed delivery to a pick-up point and they reply it's changed and later in the evening they send a message that delivery to the pick-up point had failed because I wasn't there. The next day I got a message telling it is at the pick-up point. So probably no mistakes but the messages their system sent were a bit odd...
Their customer service worked very well when I called them to change the delivery to the pick-up point.
