Ich kann diesen Shop leider nicht empfehlen.

Etwa 30 Minuten nach meiner Bestellung wollte ich diese wieder stornieren. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, die Bestellung sei bereits im Versand und könne deshalb nicht mehr storniert werden. Gleichzeitig wurde mir zugesichert, ich solle die Lieferung zunächst abwarten – eine Rücksendung sei anschließend "kein Problem".

Nach Erhalt der Ware bat ich um ein Rücksendelabel. Stattdessen begann ein langwieriger E-Mail-Verkehr, in dem mir zunächst ein Preisnachlass von 5 GBP und später 8 GBP angeboten wurde, obwohl ich mehrfach ausdrücklich erklärt hatte, dass ich die Ware vollständig zurückgeben möchte.

Anschließend wurde argumentiert, die Ware sei mangelfrei. Das ging jedoch völlig an meinem Anliegen vorbei: Ich hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt einen Mangel reklamiert, sondern wollte lediglich von meinem Widerruf Gebrauch machen. Die Trikots wurden von mir nicht einmal ausgepackt.

Obwohl ich Fotos der ungeöffneten Ware und der Verpackung übersandt habe, erhielt ich erneut lediglich das Angebot eines Preisnachlasses. Schließlich wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine Rücksendung nach China erfolgen müsse und sehr teuer sei. Dabei vermittelt der Internetauftritt den Eindruck, dass das Unternehmen in Großbritannien ansässig ist.

Mein persönlicher Eindruck: Es wird zunächst der Eindruck erweckt, eine Rücksendung sei problemlos möglich. Möchte man diese tatsächlich durchführen, wird sie durch wiederholte Gegenangebote und Verzögerungen erschwert.

Für mich wirkt dieses Geschäftsgebaren unseriös. Aus diesem Grund kann ich den Shop leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich wollte die Sendung fristgerecht zurücksenden, aber man bot mir 4€ Preisnachlass an, was ich nicht akzeptierte, und sei dem keine Antwort mehr...
Kann jeden nur abraten dort zu bestellen. Ware die geliefert wurde war nicht identisch mit der Bestellung.
Mein Tipp: Finger weg von der Firma.

This website is a scam. They don't deliver their products, they falsify the package tracking history, and they send messages saying the product has already been delivered. It's all lies. Don't buy anything from this website.

Ordered a German football team shirt and received a USA team shirt instead .
I contacted customer service who were to their credit very apologetic.
However , they were unable to refund the purchase price or replace with the item ordered. A derisory £3 initially offered. On rejection of this Was offered £5.
My overall experience with this company is totally dissatisfaction and would not use again.

I never received my product. They said it was delivered to “my safe place” which I never nominated so have no idea. I don’t know the carrier so can’t track!! Never again!!

Shocking quality product, ordered to wear at the Arsenal parade, was careful to check delivery, didn’t arrive on time, totally unacceptable customer service. Despite the fact they have not delivered on their claims, no acceptance of responsibility, shouldn’t be allowed to trade, avoid at all costs.

Haven’t tried it on yet but I thought there ruffles on the end of the sleeves ..

Unbelievable service. Kept in full contact with my order. Updated regarding where my items where at and at what stage.
Then the items arrived and were brilliant quality. Super impressed

The goods took too long to arrive and the red top with 26 on the back has nothing to show is an Arsenal top, I am embarrassed to put it on

Good shirt, took longer than expected

The delivery time was far too long. I wanted this garment for the Arsenal Parade but it came yesterday 09 June 2026. It is quite nice quality but not really up to the standard I thought it would be for the cost. However, it will be worn.

The shirt was actually cotton and not that cheap nylon they are using now
