Moja Lekarna レビュー

Just pure perfection - nothing else to add.

I ordered 3 items, they charged me for all 3 but only sent me 2. I sent them an email a week ago and they haven't reponded.

ok, nice to work with.

Ordered a few products, forgot to add something and called - we sorted everything really fast and the package arrived next day. Ordered a few times before without issues, recommended

Their website does not reflect the actual product availability. Their email response was quite ironic and not in line with how a customer should be treated.

Ordered the same articles as many times before, received one wrong article (3 pcs). When I called, I got a very arogant reply from the person on the other side (Mr Tomaž), in a sense that I ordered the wrong article (which I didn't). When they discovered that they made a mistake, they promised to send me the correct article, and I promised to return the wrong ones; after a few days I received an email from them that they will send the correct articles only when I return the wrong ones (reason: they have bad experience with other clients - ??). When I returned the article, they sent me the correct one, but not 3 pieces, but only 2. I'll never order there again - it's not worth a bit lower price to have such a bad customer experience.

Perfect store - perfect pharmacy - very helpfull.

Slechte levering, geen updates en uiteindelijk een verkeerd product geleverd gekregen. Bestel hier niks!!
