Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I placed a request to rent furniture for a corporate event I am producing for a large tech company. After several emails went completely unanswered, I followed up with a phone call and was explicitly promised a reply by the end of that day.

That reply never arrived.

As the date of my event grew closer, I was forced to call them again. This time, I was curtly informed that Mojo does not rent to 'this sort of event'. This decision was based solely on the event's location—a former brewery—without a single question about the client, the guest list, or the nature of the function. My explanation that this was a professional product launch changed nothing.

To be ignored, have a promise broken, and then be arbitrarily rejected after days of waiting is incredibly unprofessional. A simple "no" sent days earlier would have been better. Do not recommend doing any business with Mojo where timeliness and professionalism are required.

Meldet sich mit "ja", antwortet abgehakt und unhöflich als würde man stören. Und schließlich legt er einem den Hörer auf.
