Ava was patient, advised with expertise but also listened to what you were looking for (even when I didn't have a clue/wasn't really making sense!) I met Ava at a Christmas market at frosts garden centre. I'd stupidly lost my ring the day before and felt absolutely lost without it! I asked if ava had any simple thin rings. She happily showed me them and then we sized the ring based on another ring I had and decided to go a half size smaller. It is perfect! It's the style I wanted and very reasonably priced, if not a little underpriced! Ava was very professional and her customer service was fantastic. My ring arrived 2 days after she had sent it and I had the tracking details sent to me as soon as she had posted it. I couldn't be happier with my ring from MonAvart. It's lovely!
