Overall well impressed with Pension Wise - time taken, explanations of the 6 Options for defined contribution personal pension, tax info and pension facts to familiarize with. Ease of making appointment, secure communication and spreadsheet summary of meeting/discussion.

My options were explained and I understood

I just spent an hour on the phone just to be told they recommended I help myself. Even though I expressed difficulty communicating with my creditors due to my anxiety. Person o the phone was rude, sharp, and impatient. I just wanted some relief approaching my baby’s arrival and I’ve just not gotten any real immediate support.
