Needed to pay a ticket for a traffic report in Italy. I was unsure about the sum to pay. The site offers to help you with this and to check it four you if you send a picture of the report. I did so and got an email confirming its arrival. There was no further response other than that for six weeks. I tried calling once the number published in the site, but only got an automated message stating that no service was available presently, without any indication of the service hours. Finally, I decided on one of the sums mentioned in traffic ticket and paid for it via the site. Payment and instructions were fairly clear and easy to follow. A few days later, I received a message that the ticket was paid.
Edited: Following my review I received a phone call from MoneyNet inquiring about the issues presented in the review. After explaining it, they apologized for any inconvenience that might have been caused and said.
