I called as I didn’t feel I had anywhere else to turn. In a difficult situation but after talking everything through the advisor helped me to see my situation clearly and although money plus couldn’t help at the moment I felt reassured and also comforted that I could go back if my situation changed. My advisor was more help than my bank. The chat and review helped enormously and my stress levels have lessened so thank you very much Money Plus!

Well I can only write down my experience with this company & the staff that I have dealt with upto now, ( the first was a gentleman called Wayne) who has been incredibly helpful & actually very understanding when I was basically telling my life story to a complete stranger, which wasn’t easy, everything has been explained throughout & made straightforward for me, all follow correspondence has come back fairly quickly so all I can say is at the moment 🫰🏻they are doing me a massive service

I found myself in serious debt, unable to see a way out—constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul just to keep up with monthly bills. It became overwhelming, and eventually, the stress took its toll. I was dealing with depression, sleepless nights, and I kept everything to myself—no one in my family even knew what I was going through.

Then I came across this company, and honestly, I don’t know where I’d be without them. The two women I dealt with were incredible—they took away so much of the stress and worry and made the whole process feel manageable. Even when I was struggling mentally, they were patient, supportive, and always there when I needed them.

Chelsea, who I spoke with the most, truly has a heart of gold. She understood my situation completely, and whenever I felt confused or overwhelmed, she explained everything in a way that made perfect sense. She was absolutely brilliant, and I can’t praise her enough.

Today, I’m debt-free, and the feeling of freedom is unreal. I’m so grateful for the support and guidance I received—it genuinely changed my life.

I absolutely cant believe this company. Took £250 a month from 2023 up until August 2025, told me my debt was finalised and payed off. Now they are telling me Klarna is still outstanding, they stopped making payments to them in April 2024 and that i need to arrange a payment plan with Klarna???! I will be suing them and taking them to court. £4000 that i paid from April 2024 to August 2025 has gone straight to them.

Shocking 12 months in, incorrect balance on debt despite creditor and myself informing them.
Closed DMP as opted for alternative informed them told I receive email confirmation never did.
2 months later constant email calls text saying I “behind” have emailed twice no reply have also now raised a official complaint and guess.. no response.
Update had acknowledgment yesterday I hope to reach an amicable resolution and revise review accordingly

Whenever I have needed extra help or support with my IVA speaking to Richard or Chris has been amazing. They listen and help. My most recent experience in dealing with them I needed fiance for a vehicle. Richard was amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me get this sorted. He made it such a smooth process.

I have received a shocking service from them and even after making an official complaint and them promising me to rectify it they still did not do what they promised. They charge you a admin/management fee of almost £50.00 each month but they give you incorrect information, tell you lies and just don’t do what they are meant to. They are a complete and utter scam

Service could be better for the amount of money you get charged. Also there is no chance to login to your online account on their website. Page is constantly crashing the moment you try to log in.

I would love to recommend many plus advisors. They are very quick and helpful and I try to sort out all we have date dates. Anything they try to be quicker and easier make it easy and faster. I’m very happy. I’m glad to have them.

Really helpful and understanding

I’ve been dealing with money plus for 8-9 years now and the service has been exceptional. From the start of making the dreaded phone call to say I need help and not being able to manage, all the way though to where I am now. I had a dept of over £30,000 it was a rocky road for me but everything was brilliant with the yearly reviews and change of jobs they were understanding helpful and understood when times were tricky I still managed to have a good life and afford what I needed to with a wife and 2 children of which my wife was pregnant half way though. Don’t be scared yes there is a management fee but it is worth every penny! Be positive if you think the worst because of your debt don’t MONEY PLUS will definitely help you and your life will be changed.

I spoke to an advisor called Ben and he was really helpful and understanding and reassured me so much he was so lovely and polite.
I think all of the staff at moneyplus are really nice and I’m so grateful for them, they really do help you so much when your going through any problems and are always happy to guide you through it and support you no matter what I would definitely recommend them for anyone who’s struggling with depts they do accommodate you and have many helpful ways of managing money.

I have been with MoneyPlus for just under a year and it has been a very turbulent, nightmare….my payments have been up and down but MoneyPlus has been very patient and supportive since the beginning, they have lifted a massive burden.
