This company is not trustable.

This company is not trustable.
They sell used scrap parts as new!
They don't take parts back and stole our money.
SCAMMMM!!!!😡
DON'T BUY HERE!!!

Sorry that you had such an negative experience with Moore Automation. As we communicated to you during your order process it appeared that our supplier supplied us the used part and again we are sorry for this. As soon as we try to make up your loss. However on your request we cancelled the resource and refunded you.
We hope that this experience will not stop you from enquiring with us in the future.

Stay away from these Chinese companies MoorePLC and Amikon

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!! MoorePLC.com, automationdcs.com and Amikon.cn are the same owner. They are liar and cheater especially the manager named Miya Zheng. They will lie to you that they have in stock and can ship within one week. They will push you until you made a payment. Once you paid, they locked you in. Over 3 months, they did not deliver because they don't have in stock. You CAN'T cancel your order. They will make you wait until they have it. They sent the shipment to us 4 months later.

There was one separate incident last year that they can't ship the good. They refunded our money but not in USD!!! We wired the payment in USD. But they refunded in RMB and they can wire the money to China bank account ONLY! Not to our US bank account!

I have reviewed the delay in question and can only apologise. It appears we had a supplier change that caused a communication error and thus an unnecessary delay on your order. We have taken steps to improve this process should the same situation re occur.
About payment refund method, we also improve our terms.
We hope you can give us a chance to help you again in the future.
